Thats not a guarentee.. and thats 4 years wasted and it will take time until everything will be rebuilt.

I can imagine Europe being a good place for a more educated human, like a scientist. Someone who prefers a more balanced life. And god some cities are just irresistible, like Paris, when hundreds if not thousands of people make small picnics around Seine in the middle of Paris, some couples, some friends, it’s a tearful sight, the only thing close to it is Central Park in New York just way less romantic.
