How is it impossible to prove I'm a scientist?

Skip to the above timestamp where he goes through the limitations of proof to see what I'm talking about ^

I was actually on-board and following perfectly until the "you can't prove you're a scientist" analogy came up. It doesn't make sense to me and I'll tell you why: If someone told me, "Prove that you're a musician", I could easily do that by sitting down at the piano in front of them and playing a full piece. And even though music is subjective, 99.9% of people would acknowledge that yes, he knows how to play the piano. Similarly, if I asked someone to prove they're a scientist, I could ask them to show me their degree, explain and define various scientific concepts, show videos of them working in the lab, show their note books, references from other scientists, reading their name in publications, etc. Now, proving to yourself that you exist is a bit harder, and maybe I'm taking the example too literally, but in a practical sense, yes, you can prove these basic things.

It's more than just a memory if I can perform music in front of you.

It's more than just a memory if my name is published in a scientific journal.

No, none of that proves anything other than experience exists. It would not prove their existence as a scientist or musician.

How do you know they aren't deceiving you?

How do you even know what science is without going into your memory?

"Practicality" here is a trap.

We are not interested in practical here, we are interested in truth.

Is it absolutely true or not?

There is no absolute truths here this is only relative truths.

It proves what they are within this reality. Asking for more proof would be unreasonable no? Yes, ultimate truth may not be practical. Then again, if it's not communicable...I don't know. What if absolute truth can't be communicated?

@EternalForest Okay, so by your logic if I have my name on a piece of paper that say I'm God, then I must be God, eh? And if 5 guys from MIT say that I'm God, I'm God, eh?

Two can your game.

Prove that you are not a corrupt scientist who is deluded.

Just because you can dress up in a white lab coat does not mean your understanding of reality is worth anything.

I can show you a video of me going to church. Does that make church valid?

You couldn't even know your name was in a journal without memory.

If you play me a piece of music to prove that you're a musician, I will tell you, What piece of music? I don't remember any music.

Your diploma? I can print you a fake MIT diploma. I can pay someone to hack the MIT servers and put my name in the real diploma database.

Your publications in journals? I can bribe a journal to publish my name.

Your research paper? I can pay someone to write me a research paper and put my name on it.

Your friends? You mean your deluded conspirators? You mean the guys you paid to say they are your friends?

Your lab video? You mean an AI deep fake where you pasted your face on some other scientist?

Your notebooks? How do we know you didn't just steal and copy someone else's notebooks?

You know scientific concepts? Oh, great! Just like I know scientology concepts.

You passed exams? Great! I passed exams is chakra quantum energy rebalancing.

What if you're just mentally ill and think you went to school for science? Of course you'd deny it. You're too mentally ill to even admit it to yourself.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.
