Those forum is ok but the growth I got from knowing to accept negative emotions, thoughts , doing contemplation , meditation is great.

As per accepting negative emotions like suffering I did it from shifting to applying CBT to ACT therapy.

If I would map my journey , I went from a struggling optimist to one who smiles occasionally during suffering.

Yeaah, I remember my first post on the forum where I posted that my girlfriend cheated me but later I realised that she wasn't my girlfriend but rather a friend whom I attracted but the attraction faded.

Considering additional things while I was on the forum I was bullied in college , made fun of in front of girls by other peers, threatened  but as personal development was constant in my life since 2017, this forum was also constant since 2021. And personal development made me navigate through these challenges.

Thanks.

Great stuff.

I finally learned that within me
there lay an invincible summer.

Great to see where you've come with this. Just be careful you're not using your new responses as another means of coping and that you're truly healing. If you find yourself mentioning the past episodes a lot and creating stories around your healing process, it might be a way of rehashing instead of true healing. Having these kinds of memories of your first times on the forum and having a need to express them, shows you're still attached to those memories. Smiling through suffering is also a coping mechanism. Maybe you're not really feeling like you're suffering in those moments; but you call it suffering because you think you should be suffering because that's what the response has always been in the past. It's fine as long as when true suffering comes along, you're able to see it for what it is and not wondering why you're not smiling this time and it returns you back to the feelings of sadness where you thought you've defeated something but didn't. Where you're at, though, is a start and is admirable.

What you know leaves what you don't know and what you don't know is all there is.
