So, yesterday @integration journey asked how can you do Trauma Therapy on yourself.

Here it is:

1. Do Fire Breathing

Breath of Fire | TAKE A DEEP BREATH | Pranayama Series

2. While you are doing it, recall your childhood and adolescence. The first 20 years of your life. Run it like a film in your mind and keep breathing. Images will pop up, but finish the 3 to 5 rounds.

3. Then relax, meditate for a while.

4. Then do fire breathing again and notice the image that most persists. Hold it on your minds eye and then turn your attention to your heart and body. Feel. If there is pain, go to next step. If not, work with another image.

5. Once you have found a painful image, do one more Fire Breathing Round and turn your attention away from the image and into the Pain. Feel the Pain and Hurt. Stay there. You might cry or want to leave, but stay.

6. Rest by laying down and keep feeling the pain until it changes, eventually it will diminish. It is important that by this step, you dont focus as much on the image, but focus on the pain and how it changes. This can take minutes or hours.

7. Once the pain has disappeared completely, you are done! Smile and hug yourself. This is growth.
