[book] Access Super Consciousness, RJ Spina (9/10)

The book guides towards quieting the ego mind through "instantaneous" meditations (e.g. pretend you just arrived here, no past, no future) and accessing the "I Am". After watching Leo's Ego Episodes I realized the impact this book had on me and how it can also expand others into the later stages. There are many practical exercises and meditations to tangibly discover and embody the knowledge.
I've read many similar books (Power of Now, Four Agreements, Untethered Soul, etc.) but none of them truly taught me "how to fish"- or perhaps this one sealed the deal.

I should also mention previously reading RJ's "Change Your Mind", which gave great insight into my subconscious with a journal exercise (for 2 weeks I wrote everything I did/thought and asked "why" until reaching its core motivation) which was immeasurably powerful and certainly cleared the slate for this latter work.

Edit:
it also helped me tangibly realize
- removing (limiting) beliefs - all thoughts carry the same weight
- the subject-object paradigm - guides towards oneness - "there are no others"
- everything is/I am

The way the map is laid out is that anything that isn't tangible knowingness is part of ego/mind/identity (all beliefs, thoughts, identifications) and so it guides towards eliminating all beliefs/attachments and acting from intuition/the higher Self which is prior to all phenomena. It also presents a way to create your desired reality through what he calls the order of creation: Desire, Intention, Thought, Emotion, Action, Behavior.

The book lacks further details on how to perhaps align the ego/mind/identity with the Self after dissolving it so I was wondering if anyone else went through it and could point out any blind spots.
