You’re forgetting that AI is going to replace the workforce, so this entire future prediction is dead wrong.

How does AI replace plumbers, repairmen, chefs, laborers, farmers, construction workers, miners, pest control, janitors, carpenters?

They work too much and win not enough money.

They don't have appropriate help for doing children (subsides, financially accessible public structures such as nurseries and then schools, maternity leave.

Consumerism and selfishness.

Nothing will prevent Willy.

The problem is that South Korea is a hyper-competitive society which places working oneself to the bone above spending time with family and human happiness. South Koreans from birth throughout their educational system are brainwashed to be as competitive as possible, and because they're so squeezed for time in this wage-slavery system, they don't socialize and don't have time for family. The labor rights and laws in that country are atrocious.

For a better resource, I recommend this documentary.

It doesn't replace all of them, just a ton.

By replacing them with robots?

We are at least a century away from mass adoption of robots that advanced, the demographic crisis will be well under way

Very simply, robots are getting better exponentially at this point. Chefs should come out within 2 years. Plumbers/repairmens/Construction is a bit more intricate but 5 years easy. There's Nvidia Omniverse where you can simulate any task in a virtual environment so you could have a plumber run through his job while recording it and then train models in Omniverse on how to do it and these robots will do it way better soon enough.

It'll replace every single one in the next 10-15 years for sure. The incentives are just too high.

You can see here the Port of Guanzhou in China is almost fully automated, just has human controllers to move the cargo. You can train AI models to do it as well it'll come soon enough.

This is a silly assumption.

Robots are expensive, they will need to be maintained and so forth. And the more work is replaced, the less human labour will be worth. So you will have people work these types of jobs for absurdly low rates that are more profitable than buying and maintaining a robot.
