What is your Eye? 👁️ 

I had this insight yesterday on Trauma Therapy:

Feel the Eye of Infinity. Feel the Eye of God.

Your Eye or Visual Field is much bigger than it seems. It is Infinite. As Meister Eckhart, a Dominican Sage, has said:

"The eye through which I see God is the same eye through which God sees me; my eye and God's eye are one eye, one seeing, one knowing, one love."

Try this exercise:

Quote

Imagine your Eye (as if your Perceptual Bubble was One Eye) to grow bigger and bigger until it reaches the size of your body. See all your physical perceptions and biological survival mechanisms.

It then grows bigger and fills your thoughts and your memories.

Then the room you're on. The town or city you live on, the world and the Universe.

Grow your Eye to fill Everything, until it becomes Infinite.

This you are.

I can manipulate my conscioussness with greate ease by meditating on My Eye.

It is by far the most effective meditation technique I have found.

I can see Infinity and Love. I can see my Intelligence and Selfishness. I can see Beauty. I can see my Spiritual Health and Progress.

I will be writing more about Eye Meditation, but, damn, it is almost as good as the psychedelics I have tried (after hours of practice).

You can also think of it like If I pull out your eyes and cut them off you will still be there inside your brain. You arent seeing out your eyes you are somewhere in your brain and light is coming in, and you are seeing the light.. The light comes in and you are there to witness its structure. So if your mother is standing in front of you there is literally your brain matter behind her body. Behind the walls is your own brain matter, People come in as projections of light and you are allowed to see them. So your eyes are not 'seeing' they are tools that allow you to 'see' your own mind.

@Hojo Yes, what I mean by Eye isn't your literal eye but your Perception Bubble that is always there.

But saying Eye is a good term because the Visual Field (which is the greatest of Perception in humans) or, as you say 'The Light' is Infinite and is Always there, even if your eyes are cut off or if you are blind, you are still witnessing something in a Bubble of Perception.

Your Eye contains Light, Physical Sensations, Organ Sensations, Thoughts, Sounds and ALL ELSE.

One Eye. Forever. INFINITE.

(Or a Bubble of Perception)

@Santiago Ram Thats what I am pointing too you think you are seeing stuff from your eyes but you arent. You are seeing them from your mystical eye. You dont have real eyes, you cant see out your eyes cause you arent inside them. Existence is being witnessed by this mystical I.
