Aspects of the dream trying to stop me from awakening...lol......

I'm finding more and more that certain things are happening to me that are trying to stop me from going in the direction of awakening... Like massive massive things. 

And also subtle things... A family member gave me a photo album of me as a child about two weeks after a different and completely unrelated family member also gave me a photo album of me as a child. This happening two weeks between eachother and neither of them knowing the other did the same thing...

I open my phone to find that I have accidentally clicked on a career option that seems interesting....

A family member who doesn't like the books I read on nonduality and awakening....

At this point my baseline consciousness is aware that something is not as it seems in my Reality lol. It really feels like certain aspects of my dream are trying to get me to stop. Which if kind of cool and interesting.

I watched shutter island, I also found that the movies I watch align with what I'm experiencing in my reality. I'm aware that I am literally delusional right now and I construct many layers of delusion to "wrap up" a nice, neatly packed explanation as to why certain things are happening and what everything is.

 

Has anyone experienced this themselves, where the dream aspects are trying to stop you from continuing the path..?

Thats what the dream is for. The path is to a void. The light is there to distract you from reaching the void. One time in deep meditation I saw a light fading away as it was fading I saw gnomes and stars and Mario dancing around out of it saying look at me! Look at me, pay attention I'm a gnome! I saw God created light when it needs a distraction.

It's ego's number one imperative to thwart awakening by any means necessary and it has done this with aplomb since the big bang.

It wants you to revel in the kingdom of earth and eat drink and be happy.

It is powerful in that it can manifest reality to its liking to a certain extent to keep you playing along.

All the ego is is a misguided thought system but it has everyone in its clutches.

Few break out and fewer want to.

@gettoefl I seen low heaven on 5m breakthrough. Everything was made of gold and made of light. The bliss was so heavy and thick I couldn't lift my arms...

This is serious stuff. The fact that this is all real is so hilarious. The fact that this amount of power is accessible.. It's actually quite dangerous

Haven't met the big man yet but heavens pretty nice, I've developed some new methods of making the journey a bit less hardcore which is good. Not Gona rush into it...no need

To be serious: I think in a sensitive state your brain cries for looking for patterns to hold on to. For me you experienced some random normal stuff. I had such phases too, sawing synchronicitys everywhere after a heavy LSD trip, I was probably in a psychosis without knowing.

@Aaron p Yeah coz ur meant to be immersed in the dream. If you knew it wasn't real the whole time you would lose interest. Its' designed to be played as a human not God who is consciously constructing it. You need to be fooled and thats why there are distractions. People in your life who you disagree with so much you cannot believe they are you. Other people, animals planets and universes designed for you to believe in the illusion of seperation. I have this sometimes like ads on buses telling me I am not alone so that I believe in externality. Even philosophy theories on consciousness arguing that there is an external objective physical world. Someone said watch Truman show and yeah its trippy asf how hes kept asleep, even by his own family, as am I.

Actualizing and consciousness at the heart can be a simple, atleast to understand to some degrees, but then its always relative to all the stuff thats goin' on amidst the ruckess, and in the foreground we are like trying to make it as easy as we can to have it like, very much at the center, and leading the way. but we all must struggle, as its like very much compared to when you are dreaming, and the dream continues so long as there arent things like infinite regressions or glitches to give you some control, or clarity back, atleast. Alas its like something thats sortve intertwined w/ the other things you are doing, like a collage. And so shuffling things onto the foreground of the collage, are like those consciousness-related ideas that you **need** to remember, however since theres always things being added to the collage, it has to be recached and defragmented and, often times rewritten to have it more cleanly and clearer expressed in a way that fits into your newest regimen.

I fully accept that all of society is one massive circle jerk with one prime directive: to get me to stop moving towards awakening. 

I fully accept that I am not human, that I am undefined limitlessness. I simply accept this. While I'm going to have to be patient given life circumstances, right here right now I choose to abandon hesitation and procrastination. Right now I choose a renewal of my concentration and I will start taking more action today! Right now.

Just need to declare this to you all. I abandon procrastination from awakening and life purpose (which coincides with awakening). I choose right now to honour the gift I have been given and apply myself firmly.

It's not intentional. It's just unconscious survival.

It is a lack of prime directive. The prime directive ought to be truth, but this directive is missing in 99% of people. Which is why a circus results.

p.s. i should make the distinction between infinite regression moments, and nightmares that seem to circle around again and again, as try as we might to navigate a dream (as well as waking reality) you atleast want to avoid any kinds of nightmares. So i mean, in literal sleeping-dream Dreams, set your alarm such that it wakes you up every half hour or hour, and that acts as a hard fix for times where you want to avoid it. Otherwise the best way to preempt those notions is to have a dedicated time carved out every night where you are deliberately writing/painting a picture/story that you intend to tangle up w/ the dream you might be having that night. Those idea sortve apply to reality too, such that you have different imagined regions that draw/map connections to everything, e.g.

int *pointer_to_variable1 = &blueberryforest.variable1;
gumdropmountain.variable2 = &blueberryforest.variable1;

Like you are navigating a mindmap of places and possibilities, and you want to have some way (like drawing an arc) that connects the experiences in blueberryforest (during your first pass) to the experiences in gumdropmountain (on the second...)

That might sound off topic and looney tunes, alas thats what it makes me think of.

You are unlimited and think yourself limited in a space time universe. Space means you think you can move and time means you think you can change. This is fine but false-you are not limited and this here is inferior to what you truthfully are. You think this here lasts a long time but you are choosing to keep yourself here every single moment. Stay as long as you like but in case you didn't notice, here is miserable and rubbish and boring compared to the real that you are. Above AI gave ways to trigger your parachute back home.

How will being the true you disappoint? Sure it's your prerogative to dabble in fantasies now and again but home is always better. Here of course you are true you too but you will state otherwise and put obstacles in the way of it. A body won't be able to handle long term bliss else it will malfunction. Truth and true bliss isn't possible here. Here is false.

I understand it so that we as unlimited one are not in control our nature is to experience everything in different ways. That's not a preference, it's what it is.

So instead of chilling in infinite bliss for eternity I as God explore this actual state because it's my nature to do so and there exist no preference on highest level.
