Around 10 years ago was on another message board (a social anxiety message board)

Then someone there recommended Eckhart Tolle so that got the ball rolling ish.

Then two years ago got more into it and since last summer have been addicted to non duality.

Somewhere in between found other people like Leo and experimented a with psychedelics.

Went to a local healer (not the first one in my life, the first one I remember was crazy experience, she did something with a candle and hand movements and I was vomiting afterwards) and he showed me Osho. While he was not particularly effective he made me aware of somatic work, energy work and self-reflection. And he is looks great for his age and himself is healthy.

I probably stumbled upon the Tao Te Ching or a Buddhist book while browsing the Amazon bookstore out of curiosity. That was likely my first "formal" exposure to the subject, although as a child, I occasionally had moments of deep wonder about my own nature.

A friend of mine who was into Leo's work + a massive dose of suffering at the "right moment".

After that, one of the other spiritual teachers that I found and vibed a lot with was Alan Watts.
