I was suffering emotionally due to past mistreatment of me by people but when I stopped my mental talk the suffering was neutralised and I began to feel normal.

@Rishabh R Yeah I can relate. We suffer far more in the mind then in reality. It's best to see it for what it is.

@Rishabh R what was your method of stopping the mental talk. My negative mental talk is so automatic that its like I have to interrupt it quickly when I see it's about to say something negative, then tell it off like a child
