Preparing for a hard-core meditation retreat

So, next week I will do a meditation intensive.

I will meditate 6 hours a day, using focus mate and 1 hour of Kriya yoga daily.

I will also journal at the end each day and post it in this thread.

Any recommendations on pushing through and making it work?

I did the same thing almost exactly 2 years ago. Looking bad I see God organise the situation for me which resulted in excellent results. It’s almost like I can’t say anything to you because it might mess up the perfect situation that is ahead of you. 
 

I can say apply great effort. I definitely can’t say why because I think that’s a very likely to mess up your results.

Day 1

Today I did  Kriya yoga, 2 hours of meditation and 4 hours of Trauma therapy.

Things didn't go as planned today because the clairvoyant touched a difficult topic on Hurt.

In the last hour of Therapy, which was breathing and feeling, I had an insight which changed my consciousness. I had a brief, but direct experience of Infinity.

I felt all my surroundings as pure empty space extending to Absolute Infinity. It lasted about 3 minutes but it was fucking incredible.

Then I got distracted, but I did notice how incredibly Selfish I am and how all my lies and strategies and theory prevent me from seeing Infinity. 

I am very tired so that's all for today.
