Sensitivity to noise and a panic attack this evening

@Carl-Richard thank you for your reply:) can you recommend any specific noise-cancelling headphones? the ones i find online all look really expensive at a first glance. for music i've got in-ear headphones and they work fine for me, but they don't block out all noise even in the noise-cancelling mode.

I have Sony WH-1000XM4. Worth every penny. If I use them together with foam ear plugs, there can be a party going on downstairs and I won't really hear anything.

Are there any safe natural places in your area that you can go to during the day? Like a quiet beautiful park that's not too crowded.

I usually find solace in that kind of place when it gets too tough sometimes. A grey/blue sky, a park bench and a few green trees is all that it takes for me to relax.

You're not alone in this, and it will be alright.

@Jirh yes i go out for a long walk at least once a day...it's just that i need a safe space to live in as i can only go on walks for so many hours a day.

Not sure if my input would help for me what i have done for noise i just ignore it but i also have yoga nidra it help release the stress from my body, morning workout too I do love yoga workouts, gym workout, slow breathing to calm down my body when am in panic mode or if am too stressed
