Hell is not some place you go, when your body dies.  Hell, is where you are born.

Born into a body that is always changing (for the worse after some period of time).

Born into a world, where the average person is more stupid and unconscious than a doorknob.

Born into a world, where power, money, status and women is given to the worst of the worst. (Genghis Khan, Donald Trump, Cartel Bosses, etc).

Born into a world where nobody truly understands you, and in most cases doesn't care much about you.

Born into a world , where the only thing that matters is brute , animalistic survival and everything else is considered nonsense.

Born into a world, where everything around you, is filled with toxic pollution and chemicals.

Born into a world where all your spiritual gurus and teachers are hypocrites to some degree or another. Because they talk about peace, meanwhile they have a super privileged life, where they are teaching people , having sex, earning money.

Born into a world, where none of your so called 'achievements' truly mean anything.

Born into a world, where most of your aspirations and illusions about life, eventually get decimated and crushed.

Born into a world, where you have zero free will, yet people keep giving you nonsesical advices that do zero to help you.

Born into a world where you never quite get what you want, but even when you do, its fleeting and leaves you empty and wanting for more.

Welcome to Hell. Enjoy your time here. It won't last very long.( I promise you that)

To me reading dumb comments on the internet is hell.

 

But if you go to a nice forest or drink a nice cup of coffee (not Starcuck) in a nice European café you could also say this place is heaven.

Suffering is duality. Like going between heaven and hell and afraid of losing heaven when you have it and trying to find something better.

I think letting go of duality is your best bet. But unfortunately there is no you to let go.

Heaving or Hell is an internal thing, there are ppl living today right now and in their Experience this place is an Absolute Heaven, and the opposite is true too, and for sure External situations have an affect on this, but external situations should not be the absolute determinate of how You Experience Life.. 

The Body is designed to be Healthy for at least 80 yrs if You live right, but our society and culture, industry poison us, but we do have the knowledge to be able to have healthy bodies for long periods of our life, but this is not profitable...

The Earth is a living entity, its provides everything we have, our Bodies included, and its very adaptable, we just don't treat is like a part of ourselves, if we did then this would be an absolute paradise on all levels of practicality, now it is not because we have abused it..

Our Minds to are meant to be our slaves, today for most we are slaves to our Minds, its up to Us on how this plays out...

Too much doomerism. This is not really accurate. The purpose of life might be something else, at least in my experience that has little to do with my social status, wealth, job etc.

Stop creating pessimism. This is a spiritual forum and I wonder sometimes if some of you aren’t actually trying to learn the teachings and just clicked some Leo videos and thought the woo woo was cool and decided to stay around because you think the mystical stuff makes you edgy. You are lucky to be alive and life is a miracle. Enough said.

Nice! Maybe it'll wake your ass up into realizing it's not about you or yours. Just about every sentence you had the words "you" and "yours" in. Like it's something to own. Why do you think you're born with nothing and die with nothing. Nothing is yours or is to be owned. You're on borrowed time, so treat it as such and don't take it personal. Hard thing to understand or realize, but get this, and you'll automatically be in heaven. (Excuse the word ain't, just an expression).

I feel the same way about somethings you mentioned too but I won't make it stick because I realize it's my selfish little ego throwing a temper tantrum and not realizing it's not about me. I've made it about me, but it's not. Doesn't matter what happens, BEING is untouched, unscathed and unbothered. When I say me, I'm referring to the energy that seemingly arose within the body that's referred to as "me". It's fucked.

Problem is not the duality per say.. Problem is that the suffering is 95% of the time, whereas peace is only 5% of the time.

Why it has to be that most of the time we feel crappy, i don't know.

You are probably a privileged white young person , living in some of the top top places in the world, who hasn't yet been hit hard by life.

Listen if you want to get lost in what you don’t like about reality go for it. I’m not saying there isn’t anything we as people don’t like or dislike. There’s a section at the bottom of this forum for that.

I don't know about hell or heaven, but one thing is for sure - you're born without your consent or awareness. And since humans have enough consciousness and brain power to recognise this fact, therefore it is inherently unetical to bring new humans into this world
