I feel that i can't change my situation, is a bit sad

59 posts in this topic

In the past i used to think that i can learn how to have insights and spiritual awakenings to increase happiness and consciousness in my own life.

And now i can actually see that my life and my level of happiness improved from the past.

The problem is that i ve realized that it wasnt my decision to awake my consciousness a little bit, it happened miracolously.

I think that im forced to live in this state of consciousness until the next awakening, if there is one...or until death, if there is one. I only know that i dont know anything and something higher than me is moving reality for me, while giving me the illusion that i am changing things around me.

Can i increase my level of consciousness somwhow? Or am i forced to live in this limited consciousness? In comparison to higher states that i reached with 5 meo dmt, life is so limited! This is honestly sad from my point of view

Consciousness is unlimited. Limits are mental and emotional structures we build. Settling into a limitless state isn't complicated; simply break the limits.

Simply perceive that reality is and is in flux. If you perceive this without any obstacles, interpretations, constructs, or superimposed structures, your consciousness is unlimited, and the reality and your conciousness are one

Isnt this just conceptual? Or from you point of view is actual?

It's actual, in certain extent. Depending on the day and the moment, but the more often you achieve unlimited states, the more normal they become for you, and the stranger the limited states become. Unlimited states simply mean that you are not creating limiting structures. To do this, you must understand the nature of those structures, their emotional basis.

Achieving a state of absolutely permanent limitlessness is very difficult because the nature of the mind is to create limits. But if you understand them, much of their energy is deactivated, and they become tenuous. Present but tenuous, then it's easier for them to disappear completely at certain moments.

This is exaclty what i feel, cause i see my consciousness expanding sometimes to higher levels, but i keep falling down into normal human consciousness.

For me, there are more levels of density than higher or lower levels. The structure of the psyche is like a construct built from atavistic emotions: fear, the need for acceptance, the desire to live. Emotion is the substance upon which the entire structure that forms our human reality is constructed. It is very complex and full of buttons that drive movement and coordinated activity within the group. Without this, you would be a vegetable.

The problem is if this structure becomes too dense, as absolutely always happens, and absorbs you completely, turning you into an anxiety-activated robot functioning with multiple layers of self-referential dissonant vibrations, which create a self-image that must be maintained—the unpleasant and insane structure of the ego.

For me, there is only one way to clear up this mess: to equalize the dissonance and make all the energy lines stop converging on the self-image, bouncing off it, and become expansive and unlimited.

I don't know any other way but provoking unlimited states as often as you can. First, meditation, even if it's not fully effective at first, prepares the mind for opening. Then, psychedelics, 5MEO, mushrooms, LSD, DMT, weed, whatever, always with the intention of breaking the structure, never of understanding or elevating consciousness. Consciousness can't be elevated; this is a mistake imo, because trying to elevate consciousness translates into the creation of new structures. More sophisticated, but still structures. The idea isn't to see things and understand the cosmos; it's to completely shatter your psyche, to open your consciousness to absolute emptiness. Empty in the sense of lacking structure, since nothing is ever empty; you are always what is. Then understanding can happen, but it's not the goal, the goal is openess.

It's like any exercise, like practicing a gymnastics somersault. You have to practice it over and over again until it feels natural, thousands of times, tens of thousands. The mind must get used to the absence of structure. Then the structure always returns, and it remains dense, but its energetic vibration gradually lowers in frequency. How far? I don't know, I'll see.

@Asia P

I see where your coming from. Reaching high peak states of consciousness are expansive, but consciousness also contracts.

Try to see more of the miraculousness of life around you, life is very beautiful. High consciousness is beautiful and our limited experiences as a human is beautiful within our mundane perceptions. God doesn't want to be unlimited, God wants to be limited, because to truly be unlimited you have to accept and embrace all limitations and Finite forms.

Spirituality is forming a deep connection with reality, which is where love comes in, love is the embrace of everything as it is and doesn't want to change it.

I'm sure you will have more breakthroughs and epiphanies along the way so don't worry to much, and the bright side is that you can take this time to integrate your insights down in your everyday life.

All the problems ppl are having in life is simple due to being Unconscious of what it means to be Human and to what Actions they are doing on a daily, minute by minute basis, Karma is at play and it is ruling them. Karma means action, and the residual effect all the actions You have done in the past and how it affects Your Experience in the present moment where life is found.. Actions are in 4 areas, Body, Mind, Emotion and Energy, how Aware are You of all the actions taking place in these areas? Most of Us are below 1% Aware of any of the actions taking place in these areas, by being Aware I am not talking about Mental thinking Awareness.  So because of this Karma is playing out, Actions are happening on autopilot and ppl are living by Accident, hence there is allot of Suffering because of it.

There are many Solutions, the basic ones are Living Now Totally (Use past to become Wise, not wounded, use future to plan but don't live there), Accept Everything as it is Totally, this stops all Stress Response from Happening, and Respond to Now Totally rather than React, Responding is Conscious Action, Reacting is Unconscious Action.. if You apply these simple steps, then Peace and Ease is Your Natural State, via that Clarity opens up, and Life Potentials Open up naturally, helping it along with some serious Sadhana will get the job done within this lifetime...

It's truth we want. Hope you are reading the thread about Leo's blog. He made this very point today. After truth, beauty and love are not just simple but natural.

When Your Blissful of Your Own nature, everything will appear as Beauty and Your Experience is that of Loving Everything, that is the only way it happens, it won't happen intellectually and by dividing everything, likes and dislikes, conditioning and so forth.

Most of Us are not in this state of Bliss always, its may come and go, or never come at all, then this is where ppl see this place as a Hell scape of sorts, on some level this is so, there are ppl Experiencing life and situations as it is in Hell, the opposite is also true, practically we can all be living is a so called Heavenly place, that has outer situations and environments set up almost perfectly, but this is not profitable for the power players, we need workers to set things up.., Just check out Dubai, on the surface it looks perfect, like a space city of the future, but someone not seen for the most part has to be working to make it all happen, they are in a Hell scape probably internally in a way, the one benefitting are in Heaven Scape internally, but all of Us can be available to Heaven internally if we just do simple things internally which makes suffering impossible, pain will still exist but no suffering...

The nature of life is struggle, and this means forging a path, not accepting things as they are. If, for example, you are the victim of an injustice, your human nature will make you suffer and ruminate, and this suffering will allow you to take serious action. Because let's not fool ourselves, without serious pressure, there are no serious actions. When I say serious, I mean a matter of life or death, and without these actions, life would never have evolved. It is the most effective way life has found to develop. To think that life is wrong and that things should be different is to put the ego above God. Sometimes war is the way, as Shiva told Arjuna. Don't be afraid to kill when necessary, because nothing real dies, just starts another cycle because that was it's karma

Yes, but this is Survival level of life, there is always Struggle when it comes to that, but today we have more security and stability in this area than ever before, more systems are in place than ever before to secure our survival for most ppl, some places Yes they take this away from their citizens but the way to do and how to do it and the ability to do it is available to day like never before.. Pain will always exist, suffering doesn't have to exist for a Human, Accepting is not about just laying down and letting things happen, its stopping the Stress Response from arising within Body and Emotionally which adds to the Struggle that is already there.. If You get into a car accident, that is a struggle now, but not accepting it, causes internal stress, anxiety, bitterness, anger, to the struggle, that part is internal and is how You are reacting to the situation, which is Unconscious action, a Conscious Action would be to accept the accident as happening, not stress, no anxiety, no anger arises, now You can deal with it better...

If one want to live and experience beyond the Survival level of Life, then they for sure cannot do via Suffering route...,

I see it as a survival aspect that exists and must be developed to the fullest potential. Otherwise, you are incomplete and deceived because others are doing that work for you. On the other hand, there is a spiritual aspect: moments in which you abandon your human circumstance and become one with your unlimited essence.

These two aspects merge into one, since your survival aspect is expanded by your openness to the unlimited. But for me, struggle is an essential part of the dimension of existence that we call life

You’re experiencing withdrawals from a high.

Gotta take time off from psychedelics to allow your body in mind to reset and focus on normal fun stuff in the world. Also go to the gym to change your hormones and reinvigorate your system, get good sleep, go watch a movie with friends or boyfriend/girlfriend

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

You must see this is as a feeling you are generating, perhaps having to do with hopelessness, maybe in order to justify or defend a complacent attitude. But that's up for you to find out.

A question that can be can continually asked is "What is this in front of me?" This referring to your experience of anything.

"Is limitation bad, or is it rather a necessity for anything to exist? How could a possibility be actualized without limitation to ground it in reality?"

Maybe the expectation that our every desire must be fulfilled sets us up for endless disappointment.

"Is it possible for one to be happy and experience suffering -- or pleasure, joy, boredom, and so on?"

You can increase consciousness through hardcore meditation.

But you are correct that you will never be as conscious in your everyday life as 5-MeO-DMT.

Is that sad?

Yes.

But hey, I will never live on the moon.

Is that sad?

Yes.

So sad for Leo. :(
