I contemplated for 30 minutes- How do I jailbreak my mind ?
Answers-- By realising that my mind is useful
By stop being caught up in my mind
By realising that my mental images are not real
By preferring my experiences more than other's opinion
By acting based on my experiences than concepts
By preferring experience more than knowledge
By realising that knowledge is imagination while experience is reality
By focusing on experiences and acting according to their conditions
By forgetting about concepts and start facing my existence

It's good you're contemplating the topic.

I recommend you to inquiry into the nature of the "jail" to then break out from it. What are the limits of your mind? Of your memory? Of concepts? Of insights? Of self? Of thinking? Of visualizing? What is a limit???

Then try to imagine if your mind wasn't as limited. Imagine you could think two chains of thought simultaneously, what about ten, or a thousand? What about your mind could see something from one perspective, ten perspectives, millions of perspectives? What about your mind could take the form of one language, dozens of human languages, alien languages, pictographic languages, etc.

If you expand your consciousness enough you will feel through the cracks of your mind and each limit will be broken through.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Wise, Virtuous and AWAKE. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. @Davino Maybe it's not about thinking and getting caught in our minds but rather acting based on direct experience.

A child already does that and it's not the wisest way to live.

What is the difference between your mind and Einstein's mind? It's another way to frame it. The degree to which is jailed.

@Davino But the child does not adapt according to external conditions or direct experience.

Nice! I just did a little brainstorm too, since this topic is pretty much top of mind right now:

Becoming increasingly aware of patterns and whereby gaining leverage over them.

Being able to differentiate between stories/narratives and reality.

Understanding that stories are not reality.

Being able to differentiate between conepts and reality.

Understanding that concepts are not reality.

Becoming aware and getting rid of limiting assumptions.

Getting more space around the activity of thought.

Increasingly dis-identify from thoughts.

Gaining increased insight on the underlying cause of thought and emotion.

Gaining vocabulary to being able to make more sophisticated and useful distinctions in my experience.

Developing conceptual frameworks that orient my experience in the most meaningful direction.

Just experience the Space between what is You and Not You, then the Mind will be in your control and not ruling, and when that happens then You can access much of the mind other than it being a Thinking and Thought making machine totally influenced by what is outside of You via bias sources...

Oh, really? I expected a bit more of common sense from you.

Everybody is happy baby becomes happy.

External condition of fire.

Oh baby curious.

Touches

Oh baby in pain.

Where is mum?

Mum comes and is relieved.

(So on for 90 videos where you can study how babies adapt to external conditions and direct experience)

It takes much more intelligence and consciousness if you want to jailbreak your mind.

@Davino By your analogy if others are happy the baby is not adapting to external conditions but conforming to the masses.

But acting on direct experience is like breaking free of limitations of your mind and other's mind.

Nice rationalisation.

Direct experience can be deceptive. It's by deception that the fox kills and that the hunter places traps.

There are both traps in direct experience and in abstractions, such is the nature of Reality and one has to recognise this to jailbreak one's mind.

This is good, you're going on the right direction.

Although notice this is more a software mind update than it is to jailbreak one's mind. It's like getting a better version of windows, not about jailbreaking your way out of it and installing totally new and Alien Operating Systems.

Interesting video. I found this to be interesting as well from the same Channel.
