Entities entering during trips

My spiritual healer who has helped me quite a lot to clear out old baggage that I have been holding onto, especially inner child related things believes that during a trip any entity could possibly enter me as I am energetically completely open. I am not too sure what to make of this tbh and really would like to do some more 5-MeO-DMT trips. On the other hand I don't know if they will greatly help me either. I also follow Jan Essmann and have received Shaktipat from him to awaken my Kundalini. He as well has strongly advised against taking strong psychedelics as it makes the energy channels (Nadis) rigid. Basically everyone is telling me to not do it...

Most of this entity stuff is New Age nonsense, go deep enough and you'll see how they're projections of your mind. Doesn't mean they're unreal, quite the opposite, nor does it mean they can't provide you with valuable insights or hurt you in some way, that's all still on the table.
How about creating your own entity to help run your life in the background? Possible, I've done it, pretty sure others have as well.

There are many reports from trippers itself that would testify to the reality of this phenomena. Many more than you're aware of probably. You'd be surprised. I would say most if not all trippers have parasitic attachments but are not aware of it. You need to do psychedelics in a ceremonial conditions where a shaman holds a protective space and protects you while your body is vulnerable. That's the point of him being there.

I’ve had 12 ayahuasca ceremonies and it opened me up to all sorts of energies. It’s been a strange 2 years…
