I average around 100. I could do around 160 a few years ago back when playing videogames 12h per day with a keyboard I was very used to.

Bonus: try written channeling! Get in a zen calm focused mood and type as fast as you can with your eyes closed about whatever comes to your mind. around 80% accurracy should be enough to be able to decypher the thoughts. You can fix grammar with AI later on. Sometimes my mouth is a bottleneck for thinking, and my mind is not clear enough to do all the thinking in there.

This is just from typing notes, no dedicated practice (besides the very beginning), no gaming.

I learned how to type with all 10 fingers a few years ago. One of the best things I've ever done.
