That’s a really good way of putting it. US is a good place if you’re rich or upper middle class. Not a good place to be homeless, poor, lower middle class, unhealthy, vulnerable, a minority, female, and the list goes on.

Man it’s amazing. The women are beautiful (not just looks but energy too), the weather is warm and it’s affordable. I move between Rio and NorthEast near Recife. I really love it here it’s a great place of life.

I would be worried if I lived in a blue state as well, as I think there's a major possibility of federal funding being cut from a variety of places.

And of course, he would probably target the usual people that Fascists target... women, people with disabilities, poor and working class people, the LGBTQ community, religious minorities, and political dissidents of any kind.

The abortion laws in the US alone should make one raise tons of alarm bells. It is counting on the silence of the feminine voice that easily gets abused and misused. The easiest targets of people with authoritarian tendencies are to target the feminine and those with existing vulnerabilities.

The ongoing dismantling of social programs aimed at creating a fairer society is also yet another way for the very few wealthy “Kings” to control the masses as either their slaves or pawns in their games. You will be gravely mistaken to think these so called leaders care about you in any shape or form besides what continues to suit their “power positions” in this world.  It isn't a coincidence that it is almost never the ones who are doing well under such a system to oppose it.

The re-election of Donald Trump is a clear sign that there is a wave of moral and spiritual bankruptcy in the US that is now favoring corruption and authoritarianism over righteousness and integrity. And if the people who can fight them through peaceful protest don’t do so, this will be what gets normalized, like frogs getting boiled in water.

Yep. All it takes is a "charismatic" leader to push the envelope of what's normalized in political speech... and boom! The demagoguery ignites half of the populace who was secretly doused in kerosene from the beginning.

And it both plants and waters the dormant seeds of the Fascist impulse by giving people permission to blame previously taboo scapegoats for their own shortcomings... which is a huge relief for those who have a tendency to want to play the victim and externalize a strong villain to play victim in relationship to... and a weak villain to play hero in relationship to.

Not all of USA is like Orange Country, California or some idyllic place. If you're black in Baltimore, it's literally worse than Somalia. Quick internet search:
