So, I just finished my degree in Social Mediation (Conflictology) from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija and I don't know what to do now.

I have a lot of experience working in clinics and with addicts.

I used to do this (image of EEG assisted family Conflict Resolution)

Any idea as to where I can go from here?

I'm not an expert but maybe you could take this outside of just therapeutic setting.

Conflict resolution requires a lot of soft and hard skills like listening, empathy, negotiation, being able to find win win scenarios. I cna imagine stuff like this being important in larger international organisations. Is that something that would be of an interest?

Legal firms, procurement organisations, international peacekeeping organisations, government bodies, international relations etc

What are you wearing on your head?

An EEG, or electroencephalogram, it reads electrical activity in your scalp and sends it to your computer. Then you can see brain activity.

Although Im not an expert in Neuroscience, AI can interpret brain waves and display emotional reactions according to speech patterns. For example, someone might get very excited when talking about dogs while another might get scared.

In this way, by placing EEGs in the scalp of two or more people, I can see where they disagree (by discrepancies in their emotions). Then I can tackle these issues.

Here are some of my options:

  • Work at family businesses
  • Work at Addiction Clinics seeking Reconciliation between the addict and their family
  • Give talks at clinics about Conflict Resolution
  • Teach at High Schools about Conflict Management Skills
  • Specialize in Politics, Government and Law (but this will take more time of study)
  • Do Partner Therapy (pre-marriage diagnosis, coaching, disputes, separation, divorce)
  • Work at schools as a Conflict Therapist
  • Work at neighborhoods mediating conflicts

@Basman Damn, if money wasn't a concern, I would work full time at a drug addiction clinic. I would live there. No social media at all.

I would put this EEG in every patient, staff and family member to reach high levels of Harmony within the community and outside, helping addicts deal with conflict in their daily lives and overcome moments when they might relapse.

Damn, I would do this every single day with the greatest joy in my heart. ❤️‍🔥
