Simple and effective grounding technique: Earth's Core

Preliminary:

Focus on the present experience 

Feel your breath and body 

Calm yourself down and sharpen your awareness 

Main:

Feel the pull of gravity 

Try to feel experimentally the center of the earth deep down. The point where all gravity pulls the planet and the moon, very strong Earth's Core.

Connect with Earth's Core with ever more preciseness and clarity. Breath into it, the magnetism and field of the earth. The Earth's heart so to speak.

Feel how all the objects in your experience are being pulled down by the Earth's Core. Like an orb with invisible strings.

Final:

Make this awareness omnipresent. Every time you move around, sit in a chair or drive a car, become aware of this pull happening through intricate weight distribution.

@Davino I like it, it has a complimentary Soul Star chakra ~2dm above the head. Imagine it shining divine light down on and into your body. On the out-breath make that feeling stronger.

@martins name Higher chakras and energies are not grounding, they are uplifting.

@Davino From my somewhat extensive experience, the heart with its air element, lightness and spaciousness is the only chakra that is uplifting. The root and earth star chakra are the only grounding ones.
All soul star chakra meditations I've found have descending energy.

@Davino Santagamana's books and Tara Springett's, and some random YouTube videos. Tara's techniques are great but she uses the inferior Buddhist chakra system. Also wheels of life on the chakras. It has some mistakes but it's decent but doesn't have any good techniques. There aren't any great resources on the chakras that I'm aware of unfortunately. I've relied on personal observations mostly.
