Given the recent talks on the play of genetics and psychic predisposition to spirituality, I'm eager to know what were, if any, your earliest msytical experiences?

One time I had a solipsistic experience as a kid when I was on my way home from a shop.

When I was 9  until 15 I would have many dreams and visions of blue beings that were over my body. I would get intuitions and a strong vision of being worked on a surgery table.

Also since I was 10 years old Ive been fixated on what is consciousness and just being deeply curious as to what reality and existence is.

Don't remember any kind of special experience as a kid. Maybe I forgot but can't remember nothing at all.

I don't know if you would consider this mystical but I always had this feeling of someone watching me when I was younger. It was never scary, it was actually intriguing. Turns out that "someone" was God.

Then sometimes I would question how are we supposed to know our parents aren't just robots? I remember that freaking me out a bit as a kid, knowing you'll never experience someone else's "bubble" experience.

My own grandmother had schizophrenia apparently (she passed shortly after giving birth to my mom,) sometimes I wonder if that has anything to do with my genetics.

Check out Ryan Cropper though, he was having some wild experiences when he was younger, being able to astral project and even seeing dead people, then as he developed an ego and shit, he lost it. At 16 years old he had an NDE and it all came back to him. His latest vid talks about it:

Have you had any mystical experiences in early childhood? @Davino

Yes I did. First time I became self aware was the most intense till my second true Awakening a decade later and well all that came afterwards.

I used to get very meditative watching through the window in class and lost myself in the moment. Spontaneous meditation happened.

I also had episodes of profound thought-image abstraction which I cannot even tap now. I could get lost for hours in my own imagination and mind. I was surprised by how time could fly so quickly in those states.

Nothing too radical but certainly some hints. My consciousness was not that great from default, but my value for Truth as the pillar of my life certainly was.

Not really

But the first memory of my life is a dream/nightmare and waking up from it and people telling me it was just a dream.

One of my main "thought leaders", Franck Lopvet, who is nevertheless very anti-racist and left-wing, declared that it was easier for Europeans/Whites to have spiritual experiences, but that they had more problems at the "lower level" (sexuality, power, etc.).

I must have been 4-5 years old and I vividly remember one time looking up at the night sky and feeling like I was becoming one with the sky, and I have related memories of floating upwards and travelling through space (which could have been imagination, but extremely vivid and "vast"). I got the sense that the universe is much larger than the planet I was standing on. And this had to be before I was familiar with the concept of "space". I think the first documentary I watched about space was when I was 5-7 years old, about Voyager and Cassini–Huygens travelling to or past Saturn and Jupiter.

I also have some memories of proper "non-duality", or of emerging out of it, of going from a state of being completely lost in rapture and eternity, of no sense of time and a very jumbled sense of space or awareness of thing really happening, like being really lost in the sauce. I have no idea how old I must have been then, but I think I was very young, maybe able to walk, and it must have happened in our family cabin. I believe I have other memories of it from other times but I can't really pinpoint where I was. Generally, when I think back to early childhood, I get many pictures in my head that are very out of the ordinary and somehow "expanded", but I think that's really common the longer back you go.

When I was a kid everything was magic and mystic, I felt it very deeply, wild, unfathomable, wonderful, alive. Reality was glorious. Then you get involved in human shit, and everything becomes just that...shit. And you have to work with extreme difficulty to undo that mental prison that human dynamics creates and be free again.

When I was like 7 I got scarlet fever. It was like 106 i was severely overheating i was naked on the couch losing conciousness and my mother wipe me down with a wet cloth. I was so hot I left my body and I was staring at my mom washing me from on the stairs. The second I realize what was happening i heard a voice say now and  it looked like my pov ran down the stairs and jumped back into my body. Suddenly I was looking at my mom from behind the couch and sneaking up behind her and I jumped in my body again and screamed really loud and scared her so much she took me to the hospital immediately. They gave me a Tylenol and it went away.

I would also wake up in the middle of the night and I would feel like my hands are really big my tongue was really big and head was really big but every other part of my body was tiny.

I would also wake up many different times and hear voices in my head one was screaming and one was whispering at the same time but I couldn't understand them. I would go to the bathroom and stare at myself in the mirror till it stopped. It feel like something was cursing me.

Without understanding conciousness these experiences are very scary.

As a child I developed some kind of disorder where I would wake up in the middle of the night disoriented and start running around my house in my underwear. It's basically like sleepwalking except it's sleep running and your brain is racing at 100 miles an hour. I had no self-control or awareness of my actions. I Had no memory of who I was or what anything was, the ego who I was wasn't there to control anything, who I was was replaced with some kind of instinctive feral dream. And when people would ask me questions I would respond with very strange maybe schizophrenic responses:

mother asks "are you ok?" -> response "chess Julian".

This would last about 45 minutes and then I would snack back awake. This happened over and over again for many years. So I developed a strange relationship with free will. I also couldn't do any sleepovers because people were scared I was going to attack them in their sleep :D

I think this is stage beige from spiral Dynamics, where my frontal lobes are off and I was fully awake.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

It's hard to say whether this counts because I wasn't conscious of it, but my dad saw my "astral body" once. He said he saw me standing in the doorway of his bedroom, and when he reached for the light "I" disappeared and immediately woke up crying upstairs.

When I was a child, 4-7 y.o. I would sometimes experience moments where I was one with reality. Looking back perhaps it was moments of becoming fully conscious. Whatever it was it was a state of absolute perfection that I'll never forget.

Many experiences of Daja Vu also up to the age of 10 then they became more infrequent over time.

I've been having mystical experiences ever since I was a child. Then they found out my secret and wanted to take it all away from me - hence my mental illness journey.
