This is a friendly reminder.

That 90% of your potential is wasted.

If you're not doing 45 minutes of intensive physical activity every day.

Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Yes I agree. I do 500 pushups everyday in sets, 200 sit ups in sets before bed. Squats and shadow boxing. Also five, three minute rounds of jump roping.

If the apocalypse comes, I'm whooping zombie butts 😄

Thanks for the reminder. I neglect this often. We live very sedentary lives especially if your work is online. Gotta schedule this.

I went on a run this morning. Not because someone forced me to, not because I MUST, but because I wanted to.

I run towards my goals. My dreams. My love. My happiness. My inspiration.

That’s it. :))

I’m confused. Are you saying I should pray if I don’t exercise?

Totally agree. Humans evolved to be constantly on the move, the more you move the better for your health.  Even twenty minutes of walking can be a great benefit if you can't face a sweaty gym, small steps.

This. I’m always impressed by elite athletes who dedicate their lives to this. It’s something to try to embody . One of my favorites is ultra runner Courtney Dauwalter. Our body is meant for movement.

Intense exercise is bad for testosterone, fertility, and bone/tendon health.
I prefer walking and muscle-building exercises; if only for hygiene reasons.

I like him too, he's one of a kind, but I kinda find him too extreme in a way, like once he ran so hard he pissed blood got kidney failure and rhabdo . Courtney is less extreme but she still goes extremely hard. I find her attitude to life cool and what she does. Ive heard she is considered one of the best ultra runners, at least female ones

Isnt intense exercise good for heart and lung health, building that vo 2 max or whatever its called, when you go to your own limit? Not like David goggins but intense for your own standard

Wrong. You just need to do 15-20 crucial neck, back, limb stretches daily and you are good to go for a very long time if your diet is OK. Physical intense activity is needed only once a while, frequency dependant on what and how much you put in your body.
