10 day Vipassana meditation course report

This has the potential to be such a life changing experience for the right person or anyone who is interested in developing deep serious meditation skills.

I initially learned about Vipassana though one of the actualized videos titled "how to get started with Self Actualization- over 40 techniques"

The courses are available around the world and for free (there is no catch). Just come learn the technique and after 10 days you are your own master, drop it if it does not resonate or you don't get results.

There is minimal dogma and belief involved. Those 10 days you are focused on working on this technique of meditation so you can do it correctly and come out of aversion, craving and to remain equanimous in all situations of life.

This was my second 10 day course and I didn't expect to go this deep but I did.

There is no mystery involved in the technique. you are working on observing your body sensations while remaining equanimous.

Those 10 days felt like a month to me. I got so many insights about life and myself. I really needed a retreat like this in my life so I can " get outside of myself" and observe myself from a different perspective.

This has the same value as a deep psychedelic trip. you get different insights as you practice.

I feel an increase in life satisfaction overall. You are meditating for almost 100 hours in 10 days. It is difficult and not for the weak minded but the fruits are well worth it.

I felt like I was constantly on a low dose of mushrooms from the amount of meditation we were doing.

Sober deep meditation has so much value if you really put some effort in it.

The technique is very practical to everyday life.

Thank you Leo for recommending the course.

Nice! I plan to go to one in a month or so.

How was the pain? Did you do antything to prepare your body? Were you able to get to that place where pain dissolves into pure vibrations?

Drops of forgiveness rain over my soul.

There was some pain but you just have to pick the right meditation cushion which they will have plenty of at the center.

You have to train yourself to remain equanimous even if there is some pain so you don't develop aversion.

It will all be explained better during the course. Yes the pain does dissolve but don't attach any craving or aversion to it. Just observe it.

More detailed info will be available during the course.

The benefit of vipassana retreat for me is that it gives you a serious kick in the butt, your mind gets uncluttered from loads of knots that tie you down spiritually and then you have 10 times more energy and motivation to pursue your higher inspirations.

Imagine for a moment, dear friends, that you are Conciousness, and that you have only this one awareness - that you are at peace, and that you are.
