Why is my hair turning white color?

Hi,

I am 20 years old and approximately 60 to 70 percent of my hair on my head is already turning white as if I am aging into an old person. I am scared that I am aging so quickly despite the reality that I am so young, only 20 years old. So, I wanted to ask that can you guys share any possible causes for my hair turning white at only 20 years old? Also, can you guys tell me what is the solution to this problem like what can I do to fix it and if I can make my hair black again by any natural practice beside the practice of hair coloring?

Thank you for your responses

@sda my guess is that it's just genetics.

Your genetic welfare is always unevenly distributed. On somethings you get lucky, on others not so much.

Your whole body is likely not aging as rapidly as your hair.

The reality is there may not be a solution for you besides hair dye. See how far you can get with lifestyle modifications like diet, toxin reduction, exercise and sleep. Talk to a doctor and see what they say. Maybe research some more alternative treatments like red light therapy.

White hair is kinda cool and unique. Embrace it.

Be glad you got hair at all.

Leo why don't you have hair?

Are you shaving your hair when it grows or is there a reason why your hairless? Does it have something to do as a vow to surrender to truth?

@sda I have a friend who is 30 years old and has white hairs, he still looks like he's in his mid 20's. I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that you're aging in the way you're thinking. Not sure about the white hair though, but as far as your body overall, I don't think that's the case. I know people in their 20s who also look old too who don't have white hair. So I think these factors are not as tied as you might think. I could be wrong though, these are just my observations.

This should be an easy diagnosis by a doctor.

It should look kinda cool IMO unless you're having hair loss in tandem, then It may look pretty bad.

My diet is:

- Omlette and bread in the morning for breakfast

- In Lunch I eat heavy food like chicken curry, pizza, rice, soup, beef, pasta or noodles.

- Between lunch and dinner, I sometime grap a snack like biscuits or doughnuts.

- In dinner, I eat sweet dishes like cake, pastry, cookies or chocolate with a cup of tea.

I see, indeed it is not very nutritious.
I saw someone develop white hair after a diet low in vitamin A; I am not saying it is vitamin A here, but it could be a deficiency.
