I have an electronic cigarette but I never use it, it's annoying to clean and I don't like turning myself into a human steam machine.
I'm also wary of vapor products and for the taste.

Doesn't want to smoke petroleum derivatives from the asshole of China modified to taste like "cookies and cream" lol.

The steam is fun lol

Yea I don’t know what’s worse cigaretter or vapes who knows it seems there’s not enough research on it but it’s full of chemicals. I still wanna do it again though lowkey

Hi

Ok I can understand if it has pleasant effects. That’s why most people do it I guess

No they do it because it's cool to pay 10€ the pack.

Now you making me wanna try just out of curiosity.

 😅

If you really want try take some dunhill, or even lucky strike they are "light", take small puffs.

Then you do what you want but it is expensive and addictive so I would keep it exceptional or not at all.

I’ve tried maybe twice but I don’t remember how it felt if I even felt anything.

It's light yes.
Cigarette is stronger than vaping because tobacco also contains MAOIs.

I’m not very addictive I’ve noticed. I’ve had one vape once but didn’t get addicted to it and I’ve tried cigs too. So it’s fine. If I try it’s just extremely occasional

Vaping is not associated with lung cancer or the other problems associated with cigarettes.

Then it's hard to say because a lot of centenarians and healthy people smoke around the world; the first tobacco users smoked in South America didn't get cancer. You also have studies that show that people who live in cities actually take in a lot more particulate matter and carbon monoxide than a smoker, which is weird.

I guess it depends a lot on the quality of cigarettes, if the diet is high in antioxidants, and that kind of thing; I don't know.

Bottom line smoking is bad. The fact about living in city is crazy though.

You have to be smart in how you create those categories

As long as they have similar macros and calories, you got a category.

Cal AI it’s not a good app, chronometer is better because you can track your nutrients. CAL AI is a cash grab some influencer created who has 1 million followers. They slapt this app together, called it AI for marketing and pushed it to make money.

Calories in general are not important to attract. You need to track your nutrients and physical activity and sleep quality

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?
