Wha problems could you fix?

I'm currently investigating a lot of how different nutritional habits and supplements can effects certain neurodivergencies like ADHD or depression.

And a long that I would like to hear what problems from your personal life you could solve with which supplement or dietary changes.

Also add how certain you were that your decisions actually helped, because it can be hard to comprehend how each decision acts on your health in direct of indirect ways.

Legumes cause me brain fog in large quantities for some reason; milk seems to do the same.

The best thing I have done for my health is reduce stress honestly . Skin improved, bloating improved etc
