I believe you; there's something to that. Everytime someone fucks with me, something usually happens to them. Not as bad as yours, but like losing their job, moving out of town.....I mean something  where they can't fuck wit me amymore. All done without me lifting a finger or wishing anything bad happening to them, but I always find out.

Honestly, I've noticed this too. I don't see it as God being on my side, but rather that my will is much stronger than most people's, so if someone wrongs me and I wish bad things on them, then that's what happens. Eventually it got so crazy that I couldn't ignore it anymore and I realized I have to be very careful about what I wish on others.

Do you really want others to get sick or worse just because they hurt your feelings or whatever? 

Jesus said love your enemies and bless those who hurt you. That's good advice in this case, in my opinion.

If someone hurts me I am the one sick not them.

I am sick since I imagine there is someone who can hurt me.

There isn't x causes y in the world.

y is caused by me and x is the scapegoat I create to blame.

I can forgive x instead, then I have learned the lesson I wanted to learn.

I am thus healed and now know I am invulnerable to everything.

God was always on my side. 

I went my own way and healing is me going back to God.

It's all well and good to forgive people who have wronged you. I've learned that lesson. 

But it's also good to know that if you open yourself to the possibility that as a man/woman of God, acting as righteously as possible, then you are protected by a supreme entity, who will not let the evil one's fuck with you.

I have a Pulp Fiction poster on my living room wall (you know, the Ezekiel quote?) which always reminds me that as a man on the righteous path, I am always protected.

I think I know what you mean. But also remember that they nailed Jesus' body to the cross, and many other men of God suffered horrific martyrdom or were tortured and put in prison for long periods of time. So the body is only relatively safe while you are here in my opinion.

Maybe you are right, but there are many guys out there who have started wars for business, sold weapons and anti-personnel mines, negotiated in a usurious way with public health, causing famines that have caused families to die, bombing cities burying people alive, and they seem very content and happy, as well as successful.
