You are not alone.

You are connected to everyone.

Change your perspective.

Only an ego is alone; that's its mission and goal. I am the one.

All who wake up realise we were all one not a lone

That's what happened to me!!! It was an awakening of absolute solipsism. I realized the Self is all there is. I've been dreaming it all right here, right now. Everyone around me is invested in the dream and I need to continue swimming in survival but I realize there is only me dreaming forever. It's hard to stomach this because my ego feels alone and scared. I want to believe others are real apart from me again. I want to cry.

@ExploringReality  Consciousness experience is a Value-Position orientation, as in, it experiences itself relative to its relative value-position, which has an intentionality already pre-built into it, which is the value-orientation of our experiences. It's 'all one' position minus values, however the self-awareness of value-orientation is the steering wheel by which awareness organically augments position analogous to our bodies when feeling the slightest discomfort in a chair, it happens so seamlessly. Your anxious preoccupation then, isn't about solipsism, its the values you're unknowingly coveting that activate your sense of survival to make you feel threatened by solipsism. Start making yourself aware of ideas like 'responsibility', gauging how your awareness shifts its emotional world in response to self-teaching itself in the moment to change the way it handles the idea of solipsism when you become preoccupied with it in the context of responsibility. This comment I wrote yesterday may give you some further ideas about how the position of consciousness can be influenced with just a subtle change in orientation;

consciousness is not a centrepoint, it is an emergent property of multiple inter-layered centrepoints between position and positions of orientation that both give rise to and are mutually influenced by awareness relative to the intelligence awareness imbues these structures with this nuanced self-knowledge. You are self-aware, when you learn to grow the patience to steer its power, so too will you be able to translate knowledge of the universe much more seamlessly as not only knowledge of self but knowledge of how to grow its own intelligence. At present, awareness is preoccupied by narrative, rather than the positionality of the awareness that creates the narratives, and this is because the process of narrative creation hasn't yet fully developed a self-referential dialogue that where it turns that preoccupation fully inward, linked to function and converting preoccupation with structure linked to function. So at present, when you hear of solipsism, because there isn't the fully developed awareness on the values that underpin your sense of safety, feeling threatened attacks your entire sense of self that in return becomes entirely eclipsed by the external rather than the knowledge on how to return to your equilibrium by self-regulation via awarenesses focus on the internal until its stability. Less accurate narrative on the internal [ structure on function ], which can be as simple as having reference experiences of being good at regulating your own emotions, more externalisation of stability.

How are you going to create consciousness in the next moment?

How did you create it in the previous moment?

Answer the second, the greater authority you have over the first question. Simple physics.

I just looked at a photo from 2 years ago. It was not edited, yet I still saw something completely new and profound that I didn’t see / realize before. How cool is that?!
