Whistleblower: mind-computer tech for punishing and weaponizing consciousness?

Some Chinese folk through messages attached to ETH transfer to some accounts, including WikiLeaks, warns about mind-computer technology used to deprive people of their senses, weaponizing animals among other things, all used by military and private sector. He claims to have realized he’d been mind controlled his whole life. He also killed himself after sending this into the blockchain from what I understand. There are many sources reporting this. None mainstream that I could find.

The amount of money involved ($1.3) is what’s surprising and what gives this credibility for a lot of people instead of just thinking the guy is nuts.

But there are no shortage of crazy people with lots of money.

@something_else I mean. Mind-computer tech does exist. Very primitive from what I know, like Elon’s  brain chips. But you’re right. The guy saying he was mind controlled all his life and killing himself should point to some craziness. Also Wikileaks stopped publishing years ago right?

@Alfonsoo We are being mind controlled. Literally every single person has pre built mind control. Imagine being born in China you think you would think differently? Thats mind control. You aren't yourself you are a product of a long line of lies.
