If you truly awoke to noself, you would realize there's no one to answer questions for. There's nothing special about you because there's no self in anyone period. Never was. There's no one to guide in this domain.

What you know leaves what you don't know and what you don't know is all there is.

Miraculous, yes. However that does not mean fully calm and comfy xD

It can definitely cause a partial or whole psychological break.   It will take you several weeks to integrate back into the self.

When I first experienced no self it took several weeks for me to be able to function normally again.   But there is a lot of bliss as well.

The ego still comes back only now there has been a fusion with God.  The duality between God and ego has collapsed and then you're right it does once again separate.   But the separation is now different because there was enlightenment.   There is a union that exists that did not exist before. A union with Divinity and Spirit that was absent prior.  There is lucidity.  The self had dissolved into Self.  So when self returns it realizes that it was always the Self.  It's not going to make any logical sense but it's not supposed to because everything is one and thus paradoxical.

Describe it

Easiest way to put is instead of being the human body, you become the air in the room you are in. The pressure in your body and head drops, and you disappear from the inside of your body, and go into the air. Very simple. @Sugarcoat

Nice. I'd like to ask: What is it that you became conscious of?

That instead of there being a sentient being inside of the body, or a thinker of thoughts, that I am actually the empty space in the room that the body is standing in, not the body.

It sounds like it would feel expansive. I’ve experienced when you shed layers to the ego it feels like a release and expansion. So what you describe would be a full expansion

Yes. But the feeling of disappearing from the inside of the body is definitely not super pleasant feeling.

Every morning I wake up the self reappears. Seems to me like something the brain is doing like the brain is constantly imagining itself, is aware of itself, it’s a structure of the brain. That’s kinda what I experience.

I remember when I took 5 Meo it was slightly uncomfortable. So maybe that’s the self resisting

Awakening to no self was incredible.

The most profound peace and bliss. And it made me laugh hysterically.

Awakening to non-duality was absolutely beautiful, but different because it made me cry tears of joy.

Does it help you manifest things quicker into your reality, such as money?

Thank you. Whether that was a real insight or not, keep going for a deeper recognition!

Is it like a brief experience and then you return to normal? Or do you stay this way?

Congrats btw 👍
