I mean I think it's kind of legendary what's he's doing. He's literally waging a war on culture. He's not hurting anyone just basically attacking every taboo that's imaginable. 

I don't think he's doing it for simple attention otherwise putting himself in physical danger and getting millions of people to hate him would be too far and not make sense. He's going to war with our zeitgest. 

I don't know what made him snap but I believe his fight with the system around his divorce with Kim and his kids clearly rubbed him the wrong way.

He's clearly not a Nazi. Nazis have a specific ideology of racial purity and violent nationalism. He's using their symbol to attack culture.
