I see it rather that small companies dont have the power to be very unethical and when they finally have the power to act unethical they will.

Why do you see it this way?

Why can't a small company be unethical and why if they grow bigger they can't be ethical?

All wealth does is build a bigger wall between you and me. You have no genuine friends no sincere partners and your family is thinking about your death and their cut. The only smart wealth is hidden wealth. I am a wealthy man myself. So wealthy I have not a clue how much I am worth. I live a good lifestyle with no yachts and cars. I just downsized 90% of my possessions too. My mission is to to go to heaven and have my last check bounce since I disposed of every last dime. The key to happiness isn't wealth. It is never telling a soul you have money or even giving a clue by your conspicuous consumption. Then the friends and partners and family will be happy too. I am generous to a fault. People think I am working my rear off. I work because I want to. Life is good.

Because a small company doesnt have enough power to be that unethical.

When they get bigger they have a growing potential to do so.

Plenty of small business owners are "unethical" in my woods, even if it's being dishonest with their accounting to avoid paying taxes. Human nature isn't limited to billionaires, and the fact that a person only has a net work of $500K rather than $500M doesn't really give them an excuse to get away with it because they are "small fish" ... many humans will get away with what they can get away with within the system, and those that bend the rules more tend to get away with more.

The use of "illegal immigrants" who are paid "off the book" by places like egg farms is such an example, or writing off that pickup truck as a business expense, or taking bribes and laundering money. The examples are numerous.
