Pay attention to Air. Your blind.

6 posts in this topic

I recently had an experience where one of the houses I was living in , they didn't properly ventilate the laundry and the laundry was being pushed into the basement. And the air in the basement was moving up into all of the other apartments in the whole building. One of the tenants was using bleach to wash their clothes and this gave me an extreme allergy, where my throat and digestion shut down, and there was no way for me to stop the bleach from coming into the apartment. So I found myself basically homeless desperate to find any Oxygen, because both my kidneys were in chronic pain in the apartment. My sleep completely stopped because my respiratory system shut down, my kidneys were in chronic pain and the reaction was so severe that it couldn't stand one second in the apartment so I was forced out and had to live in a tent for a duration.

The women that uses bleach has children that are developmentally challenged, drug addicts barely functioning, very strange Behavior, the police are called on them all the time, they regularly steal their mother's TV does pawn it at the pawn shop. Completely dysfunctional.

Of course if there's a million one reasons why the children's development was so impaired, I think bleach played a large role that people are unconscious of.

The less intelligent you are the more likely you are to surround yourself with toxic chemicals and be unconscious to the general Health Sciences and healthy biology. The least developed households tend to use the most toxic products. And are attracted to ugly aesthetic packaging found in stores, that are very fluorescent and cliche in their design.

Bleach is especially damaging when used to wash clothes because it vaporizes into the air and you're inhaling at all times.

Everything you're inhaling affects your entire biology your entire system. It is not minor, it is not negligible.

Scented candles, incense, laundry detergent, hand soap... Every possible chemical is affecting your State of Mind everyday, it effects your quality of sleep. Just like you would inhale weed to get a psychoactive effect, what you're inhaling at this very moment has a direct impact on your current mental state.

Every chemical and every scent has a different effect on your psychological state. A candle will disrupt your hormones and can cause a relaxation effect for some, that sounds like a good thing but that same Airborne candle will impair the recovery of many of your organs while you sleep.

My family has a history of something called polycystic kidneys, and "science" has not figured out the general cause of it. And I believe I found the the cause.

I experimented with different products in the room I'm in and judged the level of kidney pain I felt after a week. Then I removed the products and allowed my kidneys to go back to normal without pain. And I experimented with many different products.

The results are that some products will cause acute kidney pain within a couple of days, While others will cause very minor pain and others will have no noticeable effect.

The cause of polycystic kidneys is Airborne chemicals inhaled while you sleep that impaired the recovery of your kidneys during sleep. The exact chemicals I haven't figured out yet, I know bleach is one of them and many flowery scented products can impair it. This is the experimentation I did on my own body and the results.

The word genetics is often used to explain away hereditary health problems. When many of these hereditary health problems need to be triggered by environmental factors in order for them to actually become problems.

Yeah, this goes both ways. Ignorant people use toxic chemicals and toxic chemicals breed ignorant people.

I had this situation with my camper van where I carpeted the entire interior using some strong glue and It would give me breathing problems if I stayed the night. Aparently it was formaldehyde ( smells like the smell of " new " ) and prbably a bunch of other nasty things. It took about half a year to properly ventilate and stop giving off fumes...

If you're sensistive to airborne particles and chemicals you can get lots of high qualiry hepa and carbon air purifiers. They surely wont harm. Who knows how efficient they actually are

sounds like you are very sensitive to mould which forms commonly in unventilated washrooms in basements. I am the same, makes me wheezy and my breathing constricts. Haven't found a solution other than using HEPA as suggested above and getting out of such an environment in the first place.

I had asthma-like symptoms on and off for years before I realised it was mould in my old London flat.

@mmKay @Michael569 that's good point, the thing is what I ended up doing was buying a $3,000 HEPA and carbon filter, the most expensive one I could find. And unfortunately what I discovered was it cannot remove perfume or bleach or harsh chemicals from the air. It's good with particles and certain smells but after a certain point it can't just remove molecules from the air.

Chemicals are at the molecular level not at the particle level so hepa filters aren't useful and the carbon filters also have limitations cuz they don't just absorb every molecule. Mold is at the particle level so it works really well. So you would need a Chemical scrubbers with sodium thiosulfate are most effective - they chemically neutralize bleach molecules. Activated carbon with caustic impregnants like potassium hydroxide can also capture bleach molecules. And a lot of this stuff is super expensive or doesn't exist outside Laboratories.

I'm sure I could get away with a really good Hazard mask, and just wear that all day. 😷

Interesting that you mentioned this explicitly, I have the same perception.
