Every voice comes from the self, listen the Silence. 

Deeply Listen.

Oh God. Silence is already the case. It's called nothing/nothingness/no-thing/emptiness/stillness/aliveness/boundlessness/fulfillment/freedom/Absolute/God/liberation/unconditional love......you call it what you want. One cannot hear it because everything is it. The silence you speak of arises from it. There is nothing but it. What you are listening to and what you call silence is a replica of it. All you hear and see is silence appearing as noise. Silence cannot be heard or known or listened to because all there is is that.

Notice that when you point out or place the concept of silence up onto a pedestal, it subtly insinuates that it's special or somewhere else, or as if it's a goal to achieve.....silence is no different than noise in the sense of equality! 

Seeking for silence is like shouting for quiet 🤣

Seeking continues until its clearly recognized, there's nothing missing.

A self can never stop seeking and bask in silence because it's a noisy complicating illusionary factor.....it's very nature is noise lol!
