Depends on the context. Poland welcomed thousands of Ukraine refugees in 2022. Poland has the right to descide what it wants to welcome to its home and what it doesn't. Also it's for Poland to descide how to deal with people who want to do things by brute force illegally. Poland is not an aggressor here.
