Feeling Anxious, Feeling Pain? Try This...

Dear Actualized.org Community,

I found an interesting game online. I would advise you to try it. It will take you only 5 minutes. 

For the individuals that feel anxiety a lot, I think playing this game repeatedly and at various times that you feel anxious will help you relax. In addition, those of us who are just starting out in meditation may find it useful because we may have a difficult time sitting still, closing our eyes, focusing on the breath, etc...

As you play through the game, pay attention to the following:

  • Your brain may go off into thinking mode, at which point redirect your attention back to the game
  • Enjoy the scenery, and the presence while playing
  • Evaluate your level of relaxation before and after the game

I am glad to have found it for y'all. My whole day was pretty much monkey chatter, but as soon as I sat down and tried this game, I was already feeling its healing energy! ^.^
