This has the potential to spiral out of control. Not to be hyperbolic but the Nazi's did something similar by setting up extrajudicial detention centers in Poland (these would be what we now refer to as death camps).

I mean we don’t have to point to the nazis….America itself has done things like this. We put people in internment camps for the sole reason of being Japanese. We had the bracero program, which was a deportation operation under Eisenhower, which led to the deportation of many Mexicans, many of whom were American citizens. So yea, our country has a long legacy of xenophobia and racism.

Hitler was literally inspired by how America ethnically cleansed the Native population.
