There's some validity to the message. People who don't have a strong sense of persona/purpose end up attaching themselves to any kind of internet ideology out there that appeals to their inner insecurities. It's like junk food. It makes them feel better in the short term but long term it does them more harm than good as it gives them an artificial sense of identity to attach on to. Thus eroding their own sense of self in the process. Cultivating a stronger sense of self is actually a very painstaking process, it's like chiseling a diamond and takes arduous amount of work and hours. The problem is that most people don't want to do that since junk food is easily available but in the end they remain stuck their artificial ideologies rather than deal with reality and they keep inflating their own egoes to the point it leads to the fragmentation of the self and confirmation bias and a limited experience of existence with zero positive outcome or impact. (no got used)

@Leo Gura from the current 22 member mod team (+ yourself) , there are at least 6 who come around rarely and a few  not at all anymore. We could definitely do with some backup to also account for personal downtimes, annual leaves, holidays, sickness, mental health downtime etc.

Some suggestions (if they were interested ) @LastThursday @Consept @mmKay @CARDOZZO  @Davino @trenton @RendHeaven @soos_mite_ah, soz for volunteering you folks pls ignore this if you dont care. 

In addition, you could consider more mods in APAC for full coverage. Maybe 1-2 people in Central/Asia  /India/ Phillipines etc. + 1-2 in Japan / Australia/NZ. Maybe run a quick tender see whose interested?

@Buck Edwards But everything you are is taken from an external enviroment. You are just constructing these pieces of information a little bit differently than other people and choose to ignore some/focus on some in a unique ways. That's why everything he was preaching about was ultimately pointless and hypocritical, because he's also, just like everyone else, reacting to the external enviroment and taking information from it as he saw fit.All of what he was saying was thus empty, ppintless, void of any substance or meaning.

There's a slight difference though. The pieces of information that you take to confirm your own beliefs and biases that always existed versus pieces of information that you take to build your principles and character, to be your best version that maintains your integrity long term and expands your understanding of multiple perspectives that you begin to integrate and this makes your own integrity and character stronger long term because you chose pieces that align with your core values and these don't serve your short term agenda but a long term purpose and character for a lifetime regardless of social consequences, but your inner purpose is fulfilled. Internal VS external. HIGHER or Lower (no gpt used)

Okay, but the point, nevertheless, remains - you are taking information from the external enviroment and reacting to it. Whether they're getting interpreted by our ego filters correctly or incorrectly is irrelevant in this matter.

But he thought you could just set your ego in a way that serves you and the external enviroment (women) would just lick your boots, well no, that's not how it works. You take unfiltered fucking information from the external enviroment and THEN you make judgements based on them

Actually, my conversations with him go much further back than Jan 1st, me trying to nudge him to post in a more mature manner. But he was not open to changing his posting style, deeming it as "weakness" to cave to people's sensitivities. His position was that if he took my feedback he would weakening himself to wokeness or political correctness. I explained to him that the opposite is the case, that this was an opportunity to develop more empathy and better communication skills, but he disagreed on principle.

It pains me to ban people from here. Especially a Mod. But sometimes there's no other choice.

I never understood when a guy makes fun of another guy for being bald. My military mentor would snap at me if I ever judged another mans appearance. Must be nice to save all that money from shampoo, conditioner, and brushes
