He perfectly knew that Ukraine had 400 thousand soldiers ready to war, ruled by Nationalists who are determined to fight, it's easy to inflame the population with nationalist madness. The result is destruction.

If Russia had allowed to be attacked and then have Crimea stolen, it would be the end of Russia. Russia does not want an empire, it wants to get out of poverty. Most of Russia is miserable, they are struggling to advance, like China, India, Africa and all the others. All the countries want is to get on the train of progress, not to conquer lands, but they cannot allow the American vampires to steal their natural resources. They must stand firm and make themselves respected, and that is what they have done. China, India, Russia and Africa are rising, they have their own way, they personality. They aren't bad, or worse, or anything, have their circumstances, the world is changing, and in a good way. Do movements like the Americans in Ukraine sucks, must finish that attitude
