No. What about if you are stuck with this mind and birds mind? I experience both at the same time. It is scary. You are the everything, literally everything. There is no upper or lower dimensions. Whole infinite is Now.

I mean know yourself, the divine, the total, your true nature, the absolute light of existence. It's here and now, always, but it's veiled by the movement of the reality, and in humans it manifest itself in the movement in a process that changes the angle of the perception from  outside to inside, until everything opens up
