First define what life is, then let's see if life could cease or not

You have a black space behind you and light in front of you. The light goes away the black space comes into the forefront. You sit there until you forget you ever existed then the light comes back.

If you are scared you will be scared for infinite time if you are happy you will be happy for infinite time. Then after infinite time you calm down and just sit there existing as the darkness. Then you respawn.

If you can be acquainted with the void of nothing while alive you wont freak out and you will respawn faster. The more you become void inside the more you will calm down in the dark and instead of freaking out you just become nothing dissolve immediately and respawn immediately. And you will come out of the mothers womb saying your own name.

"Imagine becoming so absolutely present in your consciousness that you could not die because you are too present for a past or future to enter your mind. No birth. No death. Just absolute consciousness.

If you could achieve such a level of presence, you would literally become immortal.

What if death was nothing other than the story in your mind that "I will die"? How would you know the difference between "real death" and your story of it? What if that difference is itself a story?

What would happen if you never again had the thought that you were born and never again had the thought that you will die?

"But Leo! If I do that, then I'll die!"

Will you?

Is this just philosophy, or is this actually possible?  ".

- Leo.

my mind is gone to a better place.  I'm elevated ..going out of space . And I'm gone .

high quality as always from leo. however i always found that his use of the word imaginary is somewhat two fold and requires a little bit of clarification.

He says EVERYTHING is imaginary. however he also appears to use the term in a secondary sense, like here; "you imagine death", referring to something that literally does not exist, thus imaginary in the traditional sense. but all that exists is also imaginary.

it seems like he refers to god level imagination and small mind imagination, however he uses the same term for both of them, and they are qualitatively different. A distinction would be nice imo

imo a distinction could be nice, it seems like he uses the word to have two kinds of meaning, typically without defining what is specifically meant

a possible explanation for this quote is ..if all you have is the present moment..and the future is something you are imagining by definition..and since death exists only in the future..therefore death is imaginary.  You can indeed see people die in your life.  But everyone can die except you.

This realization requires insane degrees of open-mindedness and "cosmic skepticism".. Or otherwise it won't make much sense .

Everything is imaginary but there are degrees to imagination. A thought about death is imaginary . But a brick wall is also imaginary yet more solid form of imagination.

His point is that the only certain thing in existence is what's happening right fucking NOW.!. The past and the future are completely imaginary and unreal . Don't underestimate the power of this fact .you think you've got it but you don't.  When you get it you will be left speechless in awe .

When you fully  understand this you might want to consider to let go of a lot of bullshit that you believe.

Then sex is imaginary and doesn't exist, because I'm not having sex now. Those explanation are just mental mess. The human body is going to dissapear. Yes yes, I'm imagining the human body 🥱, sure

I am ONLY answering just to help interested people come out of many misconceptions .

From what I understand.. once you realize you are infinite Self aka God  meaning that you are no longer identified with anything that changes (like the mind or body) then everything else is gravy. When you realize that you are that nondual awareness both transcendent and immanent in all creation then you see that you've always been and will always be "immortal". But not you as a human personality.. you as that fundamental awareness beyond all description. That is perhaps more accurately "eternal" which automatically make you immortal.

Even if you shoot yourself  in the head and your body dies .. all of that still happens within the Absolute or the Self.

If you actually "do the work " instead of mentally masturbating and being so full of yourself doubting this stuff ..you will realize that you are not the body  .this is ABC spirituality #101. How could you be the body when it's always changing ? Science tells us the every 10 years all of our cells get replaced by new ones.  So how can you be the same body throughout the course of your life? You are that which is aware of the body.  This will take you just 30 minutes everyday of practicing meditation to realize.  But unfortunately you are not doing the work to awaken . You are just here to doubt everything and everyone.  And to teach and school everyone .Which is kinda sad to see.

my mind is gone to a better place.  I'm elevated ..going out of space . And I'm gone .

This dream is insane.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

Keep teaching, oh guru . The problem for me is that people like you believe the theories then it's impossible for them the real openess. But do as you want.

Btw I meditate hours by day, I don't talk as a clown, if I doubt of people it's just because they are wrong

@Breakingthewall I don't want to egange in splitting hairs nor do I want to get personal with you . Bottom line is everyone in this world including you ..me ..Leo..Trump.. etc have their heads set on stone and they think they've figured it all out and there is not much to learn from each others.  We should  know better .if you don't resonate with me or at least with Leo then fine .

I don't identify with the mind trick: death is imaginary because there is no death now. The future is imaginary, and the past, only the present exists. That is brainwashing and it leads to nothing, to creating lobotomized people who convince themselves that the self does not exist, but who cannot open their being to reality. Enlightenment is not "knowing" that the future is imaginary, that is simply nonsense.

What we call death is the end of the body, and with it the end of this structure of perception, the end of the self. After that reality remains, but how? What are you without this structure?

wow thats actually an insane post. mini awakening evoked

screenshotted

however i would say: this present moment contains change. and the only thing that is guranteed to happen as a fact of change, is death. so while the thought of death is imaginary, it is for certain a fact that will come to happen, given the nature of change and life

@emil1234 @Breakingthewall

what is death? Iike literally what the fuck is death? Enough fooling around.. what is it?

Contemplate this using direct experience. Not using logic.. Or dichotomies.. Or human knowledge etc ..But from a first-person direct approach..

Death is literally ... "Something bad that is going to happen to you in the future"..that's it.

And what exactly is that? A thought happening now. Nothing more. Eh?

You might say "yeah but of course im going to die someday"...

No!.. you don't know that. Forget about all your buts and ofcourses. Death is in the future.  There is no future or yesterday. Quite literally.

I realized that If firmly grasp the significance of this insight it would make me immortal. Now this is not possible without losing my mind a little bit and becoming insane in a sense. Because That's the only thing that makes me afraid of death.. Is the cultural societal brainwashing that death is a real thing.

my mind is gone to a better place.  I'm elevated ..going out of space . And I'm gone .

@Someone here so u're saying that you will exist as your specific human persona forever?

You still don't get It. There isn't a "forever ". Leo Is talking about timeless presence. NOW. HERE. No death .no persona .no Forever .

You are absolute static eternal consciousness.  The human persona and its life and Linear time only exists in appearances. There isn't actually a past and a future. Like how a movie progresses even though the screen is absolutely and completely static.
