I predict a falling out between Donald Trump and Elon Musk

I can see how the two dominant personalities of Trump and Musk will clash. Elon Musk is loving the attention and being in the spotlight at Trump’s events. He has main character syndrome and acts as if it’s his event when he’s on stage in a way that other guests at Trump’s rallies and inauguration have not.

Musk likes control. He’s been selected to be part of Trump’s committee but because he’s the richest man in the world, has main character syndrome and a variety of other attributes about his character and personality. He will want to completely control this committee and maybe even try to impose his will on Trump. After all he’s done so much for him.  He’s the boss everywhere and he’s not going to want to compromise. How will he even handle not being the number one person in an organization? This is a man who has large visions and goes to amazing lengths to makes them happen. He’ll probably try to impose his will on the president as well and it’ll eventually be too much

His need for control was a major reason why he had a falling out with the CEO of OpenAI Sam Altman. He’s also bothered that he isn’t a part of Trump’s Stargate project and he can’t seem to keep his mouth shut. He likes to speak his mind and isn’t interested in playing cordial. 

I predict he will become overbearing or be unable to play his position in the committee and him and Trump will fall out. 

What do you guys think? Do you agree or think something completely different?

Two egos that massive are like two magnets of the same pole.

Musk is a fool for thinking Trump will listen to him or do his bidding. Trump is like Putin. Oligarchs serve him, not the other way around. Because he can arrest them. American oligarchs are so foolish they don't even understand how this works. They are used to presidents being fair and decent.

I am surprised Trump didn't give Elon the $500 billion AI platform. Instead Sam Altman is going to be in charge of that it seems.

It isn't a publicly funded project from what I understand. And the Stargate project started last year under Biden's admin. The whole press conference seemed to be a publicity stunt to make Trump look good. Its ridiculous.

Elon is not controllable in the way that Sam Altman is for Trump. Plus Sam Altman is at the cutting edge of AI right now

I said it in a different thread but Elon's only real future would be to be governor of California and then secede from the USA. Add in using whatever military is in California to go to war with the rest of the USA and then take it all

The moment Elon Musk becomes a nuisance, dictator Trump will fire him. Elon may be very rich, but he doesn't have an army at his disposal, he's simply a subordinate, he should understand that.
