It's a shame Russell never actually realized God. He had an impressive mind and I think the right temperament for it. But God is tricky business.

You underestimate the power of self deception. The mind can come up with many clever ways to muddy the waters between truth and falsehood.

Musk & Trump believe the lies they tell themselves about reality to some level. What’s even more depressing is that their followers and supporters believe it too (probably more than they do)-which is why these men have power and are in prime position to gut federal bureaucracy in the US.

The majority of people are profoundly ignorant and unskillful at distinguishing high vs low perspectives (that includes me). Just by looking at a few examples-I can see how important this work is to foundational epistemology. It’s a shame we don’t teach our youth these skills.

Immediacy Bias vs perspectivism itself.

Even, something I wasn't anticipating I'd say, through the purity of logical perspectivism regardless as to how fast it feels like the emotional elevator is crashing from the top floor after having its cables cut. 

I have my own model there that benefits a lot.

There's the acknowledgment that the immediacy of the moment is the contrast that is the bias which gives us tunnel vision.

Then I generate dimensional perspectivism that spans the abstract dimensions of either the bias of the contrast my perception is contained by or in comparison to it.

If you imagine all of the abstract dimensions in the form of a sphere, you will be able to compare ('hat') anything to ('rainbow') anything (hat and rainbow have x similarities and y differences : again, across abstract dimensions not or not only just physical dimensions) and more importantly imagine perspectives that fill the gaps of abstract dimensions of any one ('hat' is opposite to 'pants' and 'pants' are above a 'towel' in 'sophistication' for the 'category' of clothing). 

I won't share any more, but for the truly curious there's some wild implications to this idea that I'll keep non-disclosed in this comment though you're free to ask me about them and or fill in any gaps for greater understanding. 

Imagine being super consumed by a heated legal battle where no matter how hard you try your mind preoccupies your ego's awareness completely by worst case scenarios that get you to act impulsively, even if on the outside it doesn't reveal this impulsivity. Then along comes the realisation that if you just simply add this phenomenological juxtaposition to your meditation practice say, now the harmonisation the meditation provides consciousness is coupled as well with contrast that nourishes new thoughts that open up your lateral thinking and emotional balance. That's what this does, as much as there is the immediacy of the psychological projection so too then at the intersection of that seemingly imperturbable perceptual weight that blurs your vision, is the multi-colored light of its related impressions now surrounded and eventually with enough diligence, transformed. 

For those educated on my Tempress variant, at your own discretion you can solve the puzzle of how to creatively include this to your benefit within your practice.
