Visualization.

Periods of celebration and high spirits. High confidence. Great lifestyle. Brother- and sister-like friends. Social work. Prevention of Human Trafficking.  Movies production. Automobiles company. Airlines company. (if I survived, no one can stop me from doing these things.) And a lot of other things too, which I haven't mentioned here.

Discovered this great inspirational video by fluke luck..

Everyone has shamed me for my academic weaknesses. (earlier I used to be a very good student, but now I am at rock bottom). It looks ugly. It's ugly living with my toxic or abusive family. (I'll write many ugly stories about my family later).

It might seem ridiculous to someone that I am treating studies as if it were a battle. Simple academics are so hard !!! Ridiculous, isn't it? But I know how hard is it to study in ADHD. And my ADHD has gotten worse over the years.

I'm currently studying Physics Maths & Chemistry.

It seems very beautiful to me when someone studies 12 hours a day. I feel extremely bad that I'm missing so much of the beauty.

So all my academic weaknesses and shaming have angered me to change the situation completely. I want to prove to myself that I can do anything. I can handle anything. Things like that. I have to prove.

Mindset.

You automatically behave according to the identity you have in your mind.

Have enough pride in yourself. Have a great identity (how you see yourself). Feel it.

Realise who you are, and what you can do. Realise all your strengths and gifts. Realise what's possible.

See the critical situations you have. See the slavery you have done to your weaknesses. See all the shaming others have done to you. See the dungeon. See how much of your potential you have lost. (99%).

Then get angry and start doing things. To prove things to yourself.

Do great things for your own confidence and self-image. That "I can handle anything. I'm exceptional. I'm advanced. I'm undefeated." Prove this to yourself.

Constantly fuel your actions with your identity*, vision, desires, anger, etc.

*I mean, constantly see yourself as the person you have to be.

Don't worry even medical students don't do something like that, except maybe in horrible hyper-productive countries like Korea.

😄

I have read in someone's journal, where they had written that (12 hrs). It's possible for someone who's passionate. I had done this a few times earlier in my life (and the feeling was great, undescribable.)

I know it's possible. Just that I have ADHD, which I'm 100% sure I am gonna defeat in a few months.

12 is just a number. It could be 8 to 12. Productive hours are never 12. 12 includes study breaks also.

I'm passionate about science, I just lack focus (it might seem unbelievable, but it's true). I can't see myself that I don't have the extremely sexy knowledge of physics maths and chemistry. I am intrigued by professional science youtubers. Something happens in me seeing them.

My brain will face resistance if I do something like this (12 hours). But I know my brain is neuroplastic. It can adapt in just a month.

Things that are hard on day 1 get very easy on day 100.

I'm replying in this post as well as journaling for myself too. That's why this is a lengthy post.

I see, it's possible if you're really passionate yes.
If I do a few hours of applied work I'm already proud of myself lol.

Yes I see. So many people are like that. I saw a girl on the forum whose symptoms and behaviours were exactly similar to mine, so similar that I couldn't believe it. It was extremely fascinating.

What is one-pointed  focus?

When everyone is asleep or busy in bs, you are working silently on your projects. You are alone. But confident.

When the whole world was asleep, Ambani was building Reliance Jio. And when they launched it, everything changed. It was such a revolution....

No matter how insignificant your work (let's say, reading a book) seems today, you are still doing it. Everything will be counted in the end.

You have no idea what's going on in the world and HOW ENORMOUS this world is. It's incredible !!! What's happening in China and Korea? See their tech advancements.

I had some asperger spectrum syndrome when i was younger but it was quite mild and i just became purely neurotypical as i got older for some reason.

Nevermind.

Here's a summary of the "pill" concepts:

(Chatgpt)

Red Pill: Awakening to harsh truths and rejecting societal norms to improve oneself.

Blue Pill: Staying ignorant or comfortable, conforming to societal norms.

Black Pill: A pessimistic, nihilistic view that things can't improve, often leading to hopelessness.

White Pill: Optimism and hope, believing things can get better despite challenges.

Purple Pill: A balance between the red and blue pills, blending awareness with some acceptance of societal norms.

Green Pill: Focused on self-improvement, personal growth, and wellness.

Yellow Pill: Embracing individualism and unconventional paths to success and freedom.

The incel (involuntary celibate) community is generally associated with the black pill.

Here are examples of each "pill" concept:

1. Red Pill:

Example: A person learns about the manipulation in the media and society and rejects traditional beliefs about success, relationships, or politics. They choose to take control of their life, often becoming highly focused on self-improvement or rejecting mainstream ideologies.

Quote: "The world isn't what it seems, so I’ll start questioning everything and take responsibility for my life."

2. Blue Pill:

Example: Someone prefers to live in blissful ignorance, accepting the status quo and believing in societal norms like working a 9-to-5 job, following traditional career paths, and relying on conventional wisdom without questioning it.

Quote: "I don’t want to think about the world's problems. I’ll just do what everyone else does and hope it works out."

3. Black Pill:

Example: A person becomes convinced that their personal or societal struggles are impossible to overcome, leading to feelings of hopelessness and disengagement. They may feel that nothing will ever improve, especially in areas like dating or career.

Quote: "No matter how hard I try, things will always be the same. There’s no point in changing."

4. White Pill:

Example: Someone maintains hope despite challenges, believing that while the world has problems, individual actions and a positive mindset can lead to improvement and progress.

Quote: "It’s tough right now, but I know things can get better if we stay hopeful and work together."

5. Purple Pill:

Example: A person acknowledges the harsh realities of life (like those suggested by the red pill) but still chooses to live in a way that doesn’t fully reject mainstream societal norms. They balance awareness with practicality.

Quote: "I see the flaws in society, but I’ll take what’s useful and make the best of it while also improving myself."

6. Green Pill:

Example: Someone focuses on personal development, wellness, and self-improvement without focusing on the negative aspects of life. They prioritize physical health, mental clarity, and emotional growth.

Quote: "I’m not focused on fixing the world. I’m focused on becoming the best version of myself."

7. Yellow Pill:

Example: An individual embraces an unconventional life path, such as starting a business, pursuing alternative education, or rejecting traditional career expectations to follow their own passion or vision.

Quote: "I don’t need to follow the crowd. I’ll carve my own path and live life on my terms."

Written for others (I know this already) :

Quote

How to console someone who is in extreme grief? (Loss of loved one).

  1. Be Present: Offer your time and presence without trying to fix their pain.
  2. Listen: Let them talk about their feelings or memories without interruption.
  3. Avoid Platitudes: Skip phrases like "They're in a better place" or "It’s God’s plan."
  4. Acknowledge Their Pain: Say, “I’m so sorry you’re going through this” or “This must be incredibly hard.”
  5. Offer Practical Help: Cook meals, run errands, or assist with daily tasks.
  6. Respect Their Process: Grief doesn’t have a timeline. Let them feel what they feel.
  7. Check-In Regularly: Grief can be isolating, so stay in touch after the initial shock.

Keep it simple, sincere, and focused on their needs. Chatgpt.

My message :

Show love and care. Hug them (hugging after asking would be better). Hold their hands. Check-in regularly. Assist them in daily tasks.
