Getting diagnosed with cancer at 27 years old

Here are my thoughts:

Mind and body are one. If your mind is solid while chemo is killing the body and the cancer alongside it, your body has a greater chance of surviving. Cancer is cells which have left the program of the body and become parasites. If the poison is delivered to both the host and the parasite but the host is strong, the parasite will be more likely the first to go. So by meditating and contemplating deeper, you are on the right path. But of course, investigate bodily pathways as well.

Disease comes down to 2 things essentially:

1 Deficiency (deficient in Nutrtion (Quality Meat, Organs, Wild Caught Fish, Eggs, Fruit, Rice, Potatoes, Honey, Salad, fermented foods like kefir, sauerkraut etc), deficient in Sun, Nature, Sleep, Movement, Love)

2 Toxicity (synthetic & unnatural, like heavy metals, PFAS, microplastics, endocrine disrupters etc) — you detox through Zeolite and Sauna.

 

If not defecient and if toxins are cleared 

—> disease is less likely to be present.

Research various detox protocols. That could be useful as well for healing.

Heavy metal detox

Liver and gallbladder cleanse

And more.

I also recommend you get into juicing. Drink lots of fresh vegetable juice each day. Replace one meal with fresh juice.

@Leo Gura Heavy metal detoxes like DMSA, DMPS or ALA are synthetic methods that might even introduce new chemicals, and they only focus on isolated toxins. A natural and harmonious way to detox heavy metals and other toxins is Zeolite and Sauna. Zeolite is a crystal found in nature (Vulcanoes). Look it up.

Also, a problem with doing “Cleanses” is that the toxicities can/will come back. It’s not going to the root of the problem—which is looking at what you’re eating.

Your systems “structure” will naturally heal itself if you fill it with probiotic rich foods like Kefir, Saurkraut, Kimchi and Nutritous foods like meat, organs(liver & heart), eggs, wild caught fish, bone broth, butter, fruit, raw honey, potatoes, rice, veggies and salad.

I’m not saying the protocols you mentioned are wrong, just saying there are other natural alternatives, that can go into the Root(structure) of the problem and not merely the surface(content) of the problem.

@Leo Gura Vegetables are filled with oxalates, phytates & lectins, which are antinutrients that prevent your body from absorbing nutrients, causing inflammation and pretty much wreck your bodily systems. Hammering down vegetable juice while having cancer makes it even tougher on the system.

I’m Not saying vegetables are bad, just watch out getting Too much of them, as they can be problematic for body and mind. And especially raw veggies like kale, spinach, broccoli or fennel.

I’d rather drink some orange juice, eat grassfed grass finished meat, pasture raised eggs, wild caught fish, fruit, honey, potatoes, rice, kefir and a LITTLE bit of fermented veggies and salad.

Have you been watching Paul Saladino on YouTube? Because this is exactly what he recommends.

@integration journey Yes I know him, and I like lot of what he talks about, but he lacks some things in his approach of only eating meat, organs & fruit.


I like to add some nuances to his approach like adding a bit of salad, cucumber, carrot & other (low anti-nutrient) veggies for the gut motility. As WELL as wild caught fish and fermented foods for the Omega 3 and Vitamin D. 
If you solely eat meat, fat & fruit, you lack some fiber for gut motility, where I think the veggies and salad comes in.

Also I don’t think he recommends fermented foods for the gut microbiome NEARLY enough. Kefir is so important to populate the gut, and it can’t be emphasized enough. 

But I think most of his work is great. Also I like his viewpoints of functional movement.

But that doesn’t mean I’m “Idolizing” him or see him as a “guru”. I pull from multiple sources, like Dr Weston Price, Dr Natasha Campbell and many other truthful figures.

Maybe I could research family prone diseases and do regular check ups and tests as well as a treatment plan in case I get diagnosed with it. That would take a lot of pressure and mental instability out of the situation. Thanks it has been really eye opening.

Hey! Thank you, appreciate it. Yes kind of....or in case my loved ones get it. I use Obsidian where I create cards on different ideas and pieces of info I find useful. It's very easy to find stuff that I need too because it's structured like a wikipedia or a digital brain you can say, cards are connected with each other.

Thats crazy. And there are people who do the exact opposite but coast through life. The human body is weird. Definitely better to stay fit at all times but still it makes ya wonder

The most radical thing is to die before you die. Not sure if you are already past that point in your journey. Not saying that the chemo won't work but anyways the teachings tell us all to die before we die whether we have disease or not. Would value you keeping us updated on your journey towards recovery. I have little advice to offer other than to pray for strength and to remind yourself daily you are valuable and can cope with anything that comes your way. Come here if you ever need support.

I can give you my subjective opinion. But it really really works for me.

Frequently I am reflecting and meditating on death and on the fear of death.

I underestand that my body is designed to die. I undereatand that death happens to everybody not just somebody else. I underestand I have been afraid of death and I have been re-experiencing various fears including fear of death by journaling it, recalling those fears and other strong emotions associated with it and experiencing them in the same intensity as they happened or just dealing with the feeling of fear you may feel right now is also OK. I would spend like 2 hours per day for that if not the whole day if I would have cancer.

Also I would strongly suggest doing shadow work/completion process where you journal traumatic incidents and re-live those emotions. There could be some patterns that make you hate your reproductive organ and think it is not a part of your body of past abuse for example and shame, anger it could create. I am just guessing, but if it triggers you, there has to be some memories and trauma you can relieve yourself and possibly reduce the chances of cancer activity happening in that area. This is not my idea. Even if you don't do this, you have to spend time with death embracing death and coming to terms with it, as we all do, acctually.

If you remind yourself that you will die regularly and go trough the emotions and fears created by it, there will be deep peace, acceptance and embrace of the unknown and completion with life.

The same effect you can develop by meditating or doing yoga in it's various forms.

Here are some possible cancer solutions I have come across in my years long search for remedies in case me or a loved one is ever diagnosed (this is not medical advice):

 

- consider extended water fasting

- consider elimination of sugar (keto)

- deuterium depleted water

- rife machine

- Andreas moritz liver gallbladder flush

- parasite cleanse (parasites can be a cause of cancer)

- fast the day before, during and after chemo

- organic or wild Reishi mushroom with chemo improves effectiveness

- mass dose systemic enzymes: serrapeptase & nattokinase can eat tumours or slow tumour growth 

- mass dose vitamin C via IV

- molecular hydrogen water

- PEMF

- vitamin B17

- Phoenix tears/rick Simpson oil

- Bob beck protocol

- coffee enemas/colonics

- castor oil pack over liver 

- Kyolic aged garlic for detox

- add 1oz or humic/fulvic minerals to 1L of drinking water 2X per day to support detox and replenish minerals

- consider methylene blue, 8-16mg, troscriptions troches are easiest

- mass dose melatonin 200mg or even higher into 1g doses

- change all lighting in your home to incandescent (LEDs are awful)

- maximize sleep: blue light blockers, red lights at night, blackout blinds, last meal 4h before bed, grounding sheet, nontoxic mattress

- regular sauna use w/ sauna detox cocktail (look it up)

- don’t go into detoxing with supplements and sauna too rapidly, slow and steady is important to not overwhelm the body

- reduce EMF exposure - turn off wifi at night, if you live by a cell tower, move lol. Consider a blueshield EMF device 

- heal your gut - use probiotics Saccharomyces Boulardii, P3OM and JustThrive spore probiotic to speed up gut health reversal

- use digestive bitters or artichoke/milk thistle to get the liver to secrete bile and ‘catch’ the bile with fiberous foods to eliminate. Organic cooked beans work great.

- avoid any toxic clothing, scents, dish detergents, hair gels, soaps. Your environment must become as non-toxic as possible

- modified citrus pectin for heavy metal detox (also inhibits cancer growth)

- supplements to consider: cod liver oil, digestive enzymes, artichoke/milk thistle, vitamin K, magnesium, zinc, selenium, vitamin E, coQ10, phosphatidylcholine, b complex, high quality salt for trace minerals, glycine, taurine

- eat only whole foods. Farm sourced organic grass fed meats. Consider carnivore or vegan in the short term based on how you feel and medical feedback 

- learn what the mitochondrial respiratory chain is and support it with key nutrients

- get a good air purifier 

- get 30 minutes of sunlight daily during low UV hours

- consider breathwork

- red light therapy

- hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments 

- make sure your house isn’t moldy (get a mold plate and test)

- check your basement for radon gas emission

- exercise to the extent that you can without creating additional stress, don’t over do it. Stay moving and mobile

- hydrate with good water - RO w/ pinch of salt to remineralize or Spring. Avoid plastic bottles. Drink from glass 

- do whatever you must to let go of any grudges, hate, negativity

- if you have trauma, go through the difficult work in order to heal it at whatever cost

- cut all negative/toxic people out without mercy

- instil the belief that you can heal from cancer, that it can be done. The pain teacher is simply here to teach you lessons and deepen your experience of being human
