I don't feel hungry right now. Too moody. Especially after yesterday's fight with my mom. Good news is my husband gifted me stickers to make me feel better. Thank you @Marcel

Woke up just now. Wasn't feeling that great. I didn't have nightmares which is a great thing. Last night I cried and vented my frustrations and spoke to myself in the bathroom. My trauma was overwhelming. In the end I decided to use technology to block things so I don't have to read stuff.

Please do manage your internet use. Personally, there are many times I write something I'd publish online, but I hold myself back from posting, because I don't want to deal with the aftermath of it. It saves me a lot of energy.

You're probably in the phase of mindfulness over those habits, and fighting them, I know it's hard to let go cold turkey.

Also, certain ways of engaging are much more prone to that ego fighting among people, and other discussions are more emotionally enriching and accepting.
