There are traps for logical people and traps for heart-centered people.

Don't worry. There is enough traps for everyone! Everyone gets 50 traps for free! No one will be left trapless so long as God is in charge!

Sure. That's true. But I see a lot more of the logical-minded traps in this context than the heart-centered traps.

Lots of people using rote memorization of higher truisms to lie themselves out of their embodied heart wisdom

I could make a whole video on the traps heart-centered fools fall into.

Easy content for me. Like a monkey picking arm-fulls of ripe bananas in peak season. Like a bear wading through rivers of salmon. Like a majestic whale swallowing clouds of krill. Like an anteater cracking into a fresh termite mound xD

He spends millions on being the healthiest person in the world. If veganism was less healthy than omnivore he would be an omnivore.

He's stated many times he is vegan by choice. He started the protocol as a vegan and has adjusted his protocol around it.

Of course that's true. Heart-wisdom without intellect-wisdom is an innocent child. Intellect-wisdom without heart-wisdom is a floating brain in a jar.

But the problem with this particular context is the "brain in a jar" problem. Too wrapped up in intellectualizations to get in touch with grounded embodied wisdom and empathy. And not aware when they use their higher understandings to block out uncomfortable down-to-Earth truths.

Too much up in the branches... not enough down in the roots.

But the issue is actually lack of integration between intellect-wisdom and heart-wisdom... and using one to negate the other or seeing them as fundamentally opposed to one another.

I thought he chose it because he looked at the studies of different diets' correlation with all-cause mortality and chose the diet associated with the lowest risk.

You would think given how much he talks about him being data driven. But no.

Vegan came first, protocol second.

That's interesting. And I do tend to share his views on society growing more compassionate as it develops.

I'm actually somewhat surprised/impressed that his choice is coming from ethically Vegan place and that that's what he's prioritizing.

The vibe I've gotten from him is that he values longevity as his primary value.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

To me there is a difference between mass produced chemical factory slaughter farms sold to corporate distributor versus homestyle modest well raised farms and hunting with respect and gratitude. Seems vegans are like if you eat any meat at all you should die and Im like but I am meat I thought you wanted to protect meat

Okay, that is fair enough. I think he generally just says look at the Data.

Note, he hasn't claimed he would be healthier if he ate meat too though. He doesn't really get into the debate.

Haha, even then he takes collegen peptides from animal source. So, I am open to correcting my understanding on this. Thanks for pointing to where I was wrong.

I personally eat omnivore. Though, I rarely eat meat.

I do eat lots of eggs haha.

The more I've looked into what his whole project is about, the less I like what I see.

His whole philosophy is completely bankrupt. He thinks he can unify the world under the premise of "not-dying". He thinks we will be the first generation of humans to live forever. He thinks we should give over our lives to AI algorithms. He wants to build a global movement. He is buddy-buddy with RFK and wants to collab with him and Trump. And he is very articulate and skilled at presenting it so it all sounds reasonable or even genius.

The whole thing reeks of devilry to me. Something is afoot here, despite whatever positives we might also say about him.
