Got drunk for the first time ever

The drink tasted bad, even though it had only 5% of alcohol in it. I basically forced myself to drink it all.

The first few hours of being drunk were kind of fun. I can see why people like. But nothing ground breaking or comparable to mushrooms. Not worth it considering all the negatives.

The not so fun part started later in the night, because I got sick and actually threw up.

And today I still feel kind of nauseous, in waves and my head hurts, although not too badly.

Do not recommend, other than for thr sake of the experiment.

I could think straight, but was in a funny mood and had trouble with focus and coordination.

@Buck Edwards as far as I am aware. Although I didn't really check the one I bought or thought about it.

And my head was buzzing, somewhat similar to being high but without the increased awareness. 

I also remembered my muscles feeling really nice and relaxed at one point.

Yeah there's no benefit of alcohol whatsoever, I got drunk multiple times in the past (but haven't been drinking for a long time and will never ever drink again, not even a single sip) but it hasn't increased my social skills nor my ability to have fun at all. If you are an introvert (which of course you are otherwise you wouldn't be on this site) then decreasing your inhibition will not do anything at all for you, since your inttoverted nature won't change. You will still remain awakward basically, and kind of a shut in, just with a bit of a looser mind than you otherwise would have.

My theory is literaly the only reason why alcohol industry is even allowed to exist and prosper, despite providing absolutely zero benefits and only downsides. Is that it seems like it "works" for extroverted people. If you are an extrovert (or at leadt leaning towards extrovertness), alcohol will exhasturbate your extrovertness and basically you will end up having even more of a fun than you otherwise would have. That's why it's mostly extroverts who experiment with all type of drugs as well. But the thing is, extrovert would be talkative and have fun regardless. It's basically a completely pointless drug

1 shot is like 40 ml so 80 ml is not much

It actually did make me more fun and social. I was playing dota and couldn't stop laughing my ass off and writing stupid stuff in chat, lol.

Let's say you got drunk once in a year. Or once every couple of months. I think most people can manage that. Not completely drunk, just a couple of drinks. It's usually to loosen up in a party setting. Helps to have long conversations especially if you are introverted and nervous. I have seen people drink and then they laugh like crazy for hours and it's a fun evening for them which would have been boring otherwise. Of course there are downsides. It's not a great solution for social anxiety but I agree that it helps with inhibition slightly.

@Buck Edwards I would honestly rather take a little mushroom for that. And not even because of the health stuff. I just really didn't enjoy the experience, looking back at it.

That's my whole point. Is that it doesn't actually work. It's just that people leaning towards extroversion brainwashed everyone else that they'll have fun while drunk. And we all just accepted it without questioning it. But it doesn't work for the rest of us.

I don't see how that's dofferent. The point is that I def felt more talkative and extraverted. The medium doesn't really matter.

It just lowers inhibition a little bit, which is why you say more stuff than you otherwise would have. But I don't count that as being extroverted.

And writing something in chat is way different than saying sum shit to another human being in real life
