Looking forward to start a daily Breathing technique, I recently found this YouTube video. I wanted to share It with the forum, since I feel It is very powerfull. Also wanted to read your opinion about It.

I don't understand the science behind this. Isn't shallow breathing supposed to increase blood pressure?

@Buck Edwards There is a difference between different types of breathing. 
 

Normally you breath how you should assuming you aren’t holding chronic stress.

Most breathing techniques shouldn’t be don’t 24-7 but just for the desired effect.

Holotropic breathing is great too. Recommend for any in process to emotional release. Till now I didnt get any Trasnpersonal experience but is possible.
