An insight.

I have a great focus. Just that it isn't in the right direction.

I wonder what it would look like if I focused on my studies/work in the same way as I do on the forum?

So a little experiment I can do :

First focus on what's easy or interesting (for example, this forum or YouTube educational videos). Then, shift this focus to the so-called boring or hard tasks.

Why we can't focus on hard things like Maths or Physics? Cz our mind always tends to spend the least energy and do the least effort in everything. It conserves mental energy. It doesn't want efforts.

📌 A commitment :

I will make a to-do list every single day. From Jan 15, 2025. And this is my accountability journal.

Many successful people have overcome mental disorders, ADHD, or humble beginnings by leveraging their unique strengths. Here's a path you can consider:

1. Self-Awareness: Understand your strengths and challenges. ADHD OFTEN BRINGS CREATIVITY AND ENERGY—use them. 📌

2. Start Small: Learn a valuable skill, solve a problem, or create something meaningful. Begin where you are.

3. Persistence: Success often comes from consistency and learning from failures.

4. Network: Build connections with people who inspire and challenge you.

5. Leverage Your Condition: Many successful people have turned their struggles into superpowers. ADHD CAN MEAN HYPER-FOCUS ON THINGS YOU'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT. 📌

6. Keep Learning: Nobody starts knowing everything. Commit to lifelong growth.

Being a "nobody" today doesn’t define your future. Most self-made billionaires started with little—what matters is the journey and what you make of it.

An Important Note to Myself.

I'm at a very critical and decisive point right now.

•••••••

A few things to do from this point

❤️ Sacrifice a lot. Be willing to sacrifice anything and everything for your goals. Yes, it's painful but it's very beautiful too.

❤️ Be in that zone, no matter how lonely it is. I mean, 99% of your mental space should be filled with things related to your goals. Be busy in acquiring knowledge 24x7.

❤️ Turn your weaknesses (ADHD) into strengths. Your mind races all the time. You get jazzed up and overwhelmed seeing every great thing. Your ADHD brings a hell lot of energy...... So use them !!! You have this ability to hyperfocus on things you're passionate about. (You just need a slight shift in direction, a slight push...).

❤️ Make to-do lists relentlessly  (Studies and Hobbies). Accomplish them. And journal about them.

❤️ In your free time (when you need some break), you can use social media (Forum, Instagram, News, etc.) and complete less important tasks.

Many things seem important but they are not actually important. So your priorities must be very clear.

Let's go...

Edit :

I won't be able to forgive myself if I couldn't complete my Science education.

Fuck perfectionism.
